Horrible customer service, the food is mediocre, and the dining room is dirty. Don't reccomend going here.

I thoroughly enjoy tony's! Been coming since i was a kid, and now my kids have been able to…read moreexperience the selection tony's has to offer! Everyone is super nice. .from the old bettys to the balding late 20 something kid that always wears nintendo and gaming shirts! This place holds many memories for me...picking up subs and chips and gallikers tea and heading to spend the afternoon at roxbury park....another being meeting friends and sitting at the tables having lunch...the macaroni salad is wonderful, the apple dumplings and gobs are wonderful....this place is bomb! I frequent here weekly bc i live in southmont and it is the closest place that sells gallikers tea and thats all we drink! This shop accepts EBT for everything except hot items and pizza....the pizza is awesome too!! Little squares and sweet sauce. Even if the pizza has been sitting in the covered plastic tray and is no longer hot, they still wont sell it on EBT. I witnessed one of the ladies trying to explain this to a customer that just didnt understand .... Also, they were just taken over by new owners....ive noticed some slight changes thus far..been about a month now. Hoping they dont change tonys to much...or it wont be tonys! The way tonys is is the way we love it and keep coming back...no changes needed!! The cashiers seem to speak well of these new owners, and on the chalkboard it reads "GRANDMA BOUGHT THE FIRST SUB!" which to me shows that they are pretty neat younger new owners! Anyways, i rate this place a TEN. Love it. Johnstown loves it. And the memories it brings back and currently holds are amazing!!

This may not be the most glamorous food in existence, but they do it right, and the service is…read moreextraordinary. This resides inside 814 Lanes and can hold its own. Throughout the week they have specials. Ones that are pretty unique and awesome. The night I was there, they had a family deal where you got to select items items off the menu to feed four. But there is more than enough food that you will have some to take home. The selection made for this was a pepperoni pizza, chicken stripes, fries, and I can't remember the last selection. The only thing I really noshed on was the fries, I had a heavy lunch and couldn't dive into everything available. The service here, totally amazing. They were on top of everything. One of the pitchers of soda was flat and they immediately fixed the problem and replaced that pitcher. Some great deals, amazing service, and okay food.

The young lady who waited on me was a kind and generous person. He even carried the pizza to my car for me. They also have great nightly specials. I'll definitely go there again.

3.5 but I'm bumping up to 4. I'll break down my experience into categories:…read more *Food: - Jalapeno Cheddar Pretzel. I ordered this bc a) i love cheesy pretzels and b) my server recommended it. It delivered. A soft pretzel filled with gooey cheese. -Flag ship Black Jack burger with house chips. The flagship with the cajun rub was *excellent*. I actually think the sauce took something away from the burger and I started figuring out ways to just eat the meat. - Disclaimer: my mom HATED her chicken salad, she said the chicken tasted just boiled. My aunt wasn't crazy about her fried haddock. My husband thought his ribs were expertly cooked but could have used a sauce or a rub. So I think your food experience may depend on what you order *Drinks: A surprisingly good beer selection! Both on tap and in bottle. I flipped to wine, which was a black box, which I'm not super mad about, I drink that at home, but they oddly served the wine in a tiny 5oz glass, I guess so they could fill it to the brim so it looks like you are getting hooked up? *Ambiance: We were in the back room because we had a huge (15ish) group, and the ambiance back there blows. There aren't enough lights and the lights that are there are glaringly bright so you feel like you are in a warehouse. The main dining area looked like a better vibe *Service: Pretty good. We had a huge group so I want to give our server a break - but my dad was pretty peeved about specifically requesting wings as an app and getting them with dinner. And while our food came out quicker than we expected (which is great!) it was hard to track down our server afterwards to either get more drinks or the check As an out-of-towner, I don't expect much from Jtown from a 'foodie' perspective, but I was genuinely pleased with my meal here.

Being hungry on country roads just increases hunger, not passing by any restaurants. We ended up looking up nearby restaurants and found this one with Google review stars worthy of our visit. It was well worth the visit. Our server was pleasant and efficient, the menu quite extensive, food flavorful, and price fair. We both opted for the Captain salad (me choosing chicken, my friend choosing steak) with fries on top. I also elected a pierogi starter for us to share. Everything was delicious.
