Before the actual adjustment patients will use either the traction table, physical therapy stretches, or electro-stim TENS machine to bring information to the pain area and allow for relaxation of the muscles before the adjustment of the bones. Dr. Nicolai checks on you during the warm up and will change the settings for comfort. My pain problem involves needing my neck cracked and that takes a lot of trust. Dr. Nicolai is very gentle and never forces anything. Sometimes he has to play the kid photographer and says things like "think about your right knee" just as he cracks my neck which is really helpful in relaxing for me. I've always left his office leaving better than when I arrived and happily recommend him to friends and the community at large for muso-skeletal pain management.

He wasn't pushy about my next visit and made me feel like I also knew what was best for my body. Often times Dr.'s make you feel as if they only know what's best. She insist that everything was fine and just go for my appointments. well last Saturday 03/09/2024 after my visit, Dr. Franklin, he asked if Dr. Perri informed that I need to pay $40 for that session and for the others ones, that my insurance denied my 10 free sessions, she never call me, she lie to Dr. Franklin saying that she talked to me about this, I never received a bill for these sessions, so now I need to pay $160, when I call dr. Perri to ask for an explanation, she don't even apologies for her mistake, she just said that she didn't know that the insurance will no give me those free sessions and now I need to pay, I told her that I will pay but never will be back to her place, she charge to my credit card without my authorization $200 on 03/10/2024. Dr. Bruno's combination of stim machine treatment, heat therapy, manual massage and adjustment weekly has worked to help keep my pain and migraines at bay and I've found so much relief! He not only takes the time to provide the physical relief in office but he talks to you about exercises that will help and hurt, and ergonomic changes you can make at home to help you as well.
