The other place we've taken him the dogs get to play with minimal supervision all day - which is fine if you have a dog-dog. Woody, on the other hand, is a people dog. He wants to play until he's tired (which isn't long, he's a lazy monster) and then wants to go sit adjacent to the humans. There is always a person out with the dogs and this makes him happy. He is always excited when we arrive and the girls who work there seem just as happy to see him. We've brought him in for daycare a few times (really just to let him play) and boarded him once. Every time it's gone smoothly. I loved spying on him using the webcams at the daycare we used to take him to in LA, so I'm really happy they offer the same service. They're open from 7-7 so dropping off and picking up around a long workday isn't an issue. They do require a temperament evaluation you have to schedule in advance as part of their first day and current vaccination records, so keep that all in mind when planning to bring your doggy in, but that's all pretty standard. They give you an adorable report card telling you how your pup did, including names of friends he played with. Is it ridiculous? Yes. Do I love it anyways? Absolutely. Yes, I understand my dog is not a child, but if I'm paying ~$20 for him to play all day, by all means, indulge me and tell me about naps on a cozy cot, how the play day went and who his new best friends are! While we definitely miss the Pooch Hotel in our old neighborhood, Woody thinks this is a more than acceptable substitute.

I love seeing the pictures of daycare on Facebook every day. My boys always look happy, the other dogs look happy...it's a great time for all. They get excited and amped up every time I tell them that they're going to daycare. Unlike another "boarding/daycare" place in the metro area that we recently had a horrific experience with, it doesn't smell like urine or smell like dog at all, the staff is awesome, they're organized and a pleasure to work with. I have never worried about leaving the boys there because I know that they're well taken care of. An added bonus is that Spring Valley Veterinary is right next door, which happens to be the boys vet, in case they ever need to be seen. So I ask them to please drop my house keys off. *Frankly, I had no desire to use them anymore because they became unreliable*. I'm then told my keys were mailed to my house the day before. WHY WOULD YOU MAIL HOUSE KEYS TO THE HOUSE THEY UNLOCK?! I asked if they were mailed certified and hoped they were so I would need to be home to receive them. It's been 7 hours since I asked and no reply yet. Basic common sense, don't mail house keys to the fricking house they unlock!

I had two dogs before this dog whom I took to other veterinarians. The contrast between previous veterinarians and Dr. Flathers was pronounced. The last veterinarian did not appear to be as thorough in her examinations, her equipment malfunctioned on our last two visits and she seemed to be unable to confidently diagnose my dog's health issue. Every time I have seen Dr. Flathers I have been very impressed with her knowledge and diagnosis of my pet's problems. I would highly recommend Dr. Flathers and Angel Animal Hospital. I appreciate Dr. Flathers' superior knowledge, abilities and genuine concern for the pets she treats and their owners.

The receptionist told me she didn't know but thought it was the CC company. Well I called my CC Co., and, NOT!!! My bill was $392 for about 45 min and a little inflammation in my cat. Well they just lost my business and my 2 cats as patients. Also I was told someone would be calling to check on, how my cat was doing. Two days later and nobody has called.
