When asked about it, his suggestion was to just get an additional space heater. When something was installed improperly, he has just gone to the cold shoulder. Garbage can drawer won't close due to poor installation (as per the cabinet manufacturer) and he won't return a call or a text to fix it. The water in the newly installed shower needed work. He wouldn't return a call or text for that. We had to call the plumbers ourselves. This score is a result of the professional people he subs work out to. His work ends up looking amazing, but he's unwilling to stand by it.

Valle Construction brought our vision to life twice, once in our bathroom remodel and then again in our kitchen renovation & extension. Both makeovers required complex alterations to our 90 year old historic Craftsman colonial and Anthony was able to integrate all the changes into our home matching the overall look, feel and quality of old world construction. Anthony is always on-time, respectful, cost conscious, and knowledgeable. His project and time management skills are impeccable - when he promises to bring something in on-time, you can rest assured it will get done, without cutting corners or reducing quality. If you want the best, and you have the highest expectations, Anthony and his crew will never let you down. He is a patient, smart, caring businessman with outstanding vision, excellent communication skills and is quite capable of delivering on his commitments. The greatest compliment we can give A. Valle Construction is our unqualified recommendation.

The quote was around the middle of the ones I saw, and I got a good vibe from Michael, so I decided to go with them. They had good ideas and brought up things to consider, and additional costs for any changes along the way were reasonable. The guys who worked at my house were incredibly friendly and polite. The work turned out amazing - better than I had even hoped. Can't recommend them enough and will definitely go back to them for any similar work in the future.

I placed the request through Yelp and got a response right away. Juan scheduled the initial visit promptly and we received the proposal quickly. We were delighted with the speed with which the job was scheduled. The weather caused a slight delay but they finished quickly and left no mess behind! I liked that we were kept informed on the progress; we regularly received photos and communications especially when sections of the roof were found to be in rough shape. They arrived every morning at the same time and worked a full day and I'm not sure they even took breaks. Truly exceptional…read more We recently hired Griffith Painters to remodel three rooms in our new home, and I can honestly say they exceeded every expectation we had. Professional, clean, efficient, friendly, respectful -- this team is the gold standard. From start to finish, their attention to detail was unmatched. Jay even came onsite personally to check in on the progress (which we really appreciated). Every single person on the team was, sweet, respectful and meticulous. Special shout-out to Roy, Elvis, Marvin, and Carlos for their incredible craftsmanship. Our project list was not small: * Dining Room Transformation (the showstopper): They installed crown molding, wainscoting, and shadow boxes, and the transformation is unreal. The room looks elevated, custom, warm, and straight out of a design magazine. It changed the entire vibe of the space. * Entryway: Repaired and Refreshed: The previous owners had a security system wired into the walls, and we had to cover up several holes as a result. Griffith patched everything flawlessly and gave it a fresh new coat of paint. * Primary Bedroom Glow-Up: They added crown molding in our primary bedroom as well and repainted the entire room. The transformation is truly incredible - the space now feels like a calming, spa-like retreat. The whole vibe shifted from "fine" to "luxurious sanctuary." They even transformed our hideous closet into something beautiful and welcoming. The kicker? They completed ALL of this work in just three days. We're convinced they are the SWAT team of painting and carpentry - precise, fast, skilled, and crisp. We are completely satisfied and so grateful for their work. Griffith truly upgraded our home, and we'll 10000% be hiring them again for future projects. We could not recommend them more. Thank you, Griffith Painting!!

Jonathan has done basic landscaping for me, built walkways, built retaining walls/playground platforms, painted my house, repaired my gutters, repaired sidewalks, paved driveways, etc. He can handle or knows someone who can handle any job. His work is top notch, aesthetically pleasing, and his pricing is really competitive. Jonathan stands by his work, he transplanted some trees for me in the past and when one died, he replaced it on his own. Jonathan has also grown into a trusted family friend. When my father was sick with cancer and his furnace gave out, Jonathan drove over at night to fix it and get the heat back on. He does the same for me. It snowed one winter and I needed to get out of my garage for work, Jonathan was there to plow me out!
