I would have rated this a good experience BUT…read more... A day before leaving on a 10 day trip i broke a tooth. My regular dentist was on vacation and I had to do something before my own flight out of town. Aspen Waterford lakes had an appointment available and I took it. X ray and exam plus a prescription for antibiotics and pain pills resulted. The tooth didn't hurt, it was dead but there was a small absess. My dentist would be back before i would be so i would get it fixed for good upon return. I asked Aspen to send the Xray I ALREADY PAID FOR to my dentist. They said that requires a corporate approval and 7 to 10 day delay. I have never heard of such nonsense, I have an ABSCESS and the Xray is my property and easily transmitted. I went to the office so there was no doubt as to my identity and all i got was a very fuzzy print out of the xray. My regular dentist said he would X ray it for free if necessary to compensate for the absurd situation, he took care of my tooth the next day. I can only assume that the delay was meant to inspire me to get Aspen to pull the tooth rather than my regular dentist and if that is the case they put profit over the proper and standard care a patient should enjoy! In any case I will NEVER trust Aspen again and that's a shame since as i age i might need a dentist closer to home ( My guy is 45 min away near where i used to work) .In any event they wanted me to wait a week for a mother may I approval from some corporate minion while an absess festered untreated in my mouth. Any company that would even suggest that is not to be trusted with treatment no matter how good their dentists are!

I'm SO THANKFUL to the courageous & courtiuos staff at SAGE…read moreDENTAL at Waterford Lakes. They accepted me at a time when no other dentist office would. These woman and men...DAMARYS, VICTORIA, LYNDA, DR. MARTINEZ & DR.CANDOSA helped me during my time of great need. I desperately needed dental work done immediately, and on a budget seeing how I had recently lost my job and my dental insurance. They provide a very safe and hygenic space amid this Covid-19 crisis,..while still providing an extremely professional & efficient, warm and friendly environment. They are working on the front- lines, truly putting themselves at risk for us each day and for that I am extremely appreciative. THANK YOU SAGE STAFF AT WATERFORD LAKES:)

I also arrived well before my appointment time. However, when I arrived, I was told that my insurance had not been entered into their system and that building it out would take approximately 30 minutes. Because my appointment was scheduled for 3:30 p.m., which was their last appointment of the day, I was told I would need to reschedule. They had received my insurance information well in advance, yet they waited until I arrived for my appointment to verify it. I was already dealing with a dental emergency and was understandably stressed, so being turned away at the last minute was extremely frustrating. This was especially disappointing because I had scheduled the appointment in advance and allowed plenty of time. I understand that insurance verification can take time, but I wish they had reviewed my information earlier or notified me before my appointment. Ultimately, I had to find another dental office for help, who was able to accommodate me and see me even though it was last minute, demonstrating a level of professionalism and care that Sage Dental clearly lacks.

We think we will be treated with care, respect, honesty and compassion when something comes up. Am i wrong? [TL;DR ---- cavity turned into root canal within 1.5 wks. wanted credit to root canal (about 45 bucks). office refused in a shady way] Alafaya Dental Care was recommended by a friend of mine. ACTUALLY, it was more like 4 friends. If 4 for your friends go to see the same dental office, you would think, "Wow, I guess they are doing a great job!". Well, maybe I'm the outlier but hear me out. I confess. I was one of those that didn't have insurance for awhile so I didn't have the opportunity to see the dentist a lot and thus, I got some work to do on my teeth. I understood I would be spending a pretty penny on my teeth after neglecting for awhile . My first visit here -- I got my treatment plan for cavities and some deep cleaning. Cool Cool. Schedule me. My second visit -- Alright one side of the teeth was scaled and planed and a cavity was filled. A deep one, I was told. My third visit -- (about 1.5 wk after my 2nd visit) more cleaning and hey Doc, my tooth hurts on the cavity that was a deep filling. Doc says, okay *taptap*, it look likes it needs a root canal. I'm thinking over here, wow, ok, I'll bite the bullet since it hurts like a mutherferrrr. Then I was thinking wait a minute, I DID PAY for the cavity which she filled a week and a half ago (out of pocket, maybe 40-50 bucks at the most, rest was by insurance). I kindly asked the front desk lady, would it be possible to have my cavity payment applied to my root canal since I had just got it done? Literally. She's wavering and not knowing what to tell me, but says something to the effect like, it seems reasonable but let me ask the doctor. She goes back there and says the Dentist can't be reached WHILE the Dental Assistant that was in the same room, comes out and scribbles "no discount" on the my treatment paper, and slides it back to the front desk lady, WITHOUT acknowledging me. The front desk lady flips over the paper but never tells me if they were able to apply the credit. OKAY.... That was a Tuesday. Thursday comes around and I called the office. Another front desk lady answers the phone, I explained to her the exact situation of how I needed a root canal after 1.5 wks of filling and I just want a credit of what I paid for it. She didn't think like I was crazy or psychotic for asking and said it sounds logical but let me ask. I call again that same day to get the answer and the lady that checked me out last time and schedules me all the time gives me the answer. The answer was No. She says the discount cannot be given and in her exact words, "the work was performed". She assured me she had ask the dentist and that was the dentists choice. After that phone call, I contemplated of getting the work done by them further but I REFUSE to go back there. I no longer want work to be done on my teeth by people that cares more about 45 dollars than a patient that they want to see further and really care about. To quote what I said earlier, I am looking for a doctor that treats patients with, "care, respect, honesty and compassion when something comes up". This dental practice did not follow the personal qualities I'm looking for. They made me feel dumb and was not being honest when they already decided what they were going to do. The 1 star was for the hygenist because she seem genuinely nice and cared. The office was also clean, 2nd star. [TL;DR ---- cavity turned into root canal within 1.5 wks. wanted credit to root canal (about 45 bucks). office refused in a shady way. Office clean. Hygienist nice. 2 stars]

I was dealing with wisdom teeth pain for 2 months and simply thought it was a tooth pushing. Each night was a headache and hard to sleep or even eat. I registered online (great option by the way) scheduled an appointment for Thursday to get an exam/x-ray. Come to find out they needed to be pulled. They were so accommodating and Maria explained to me so well of what the options were and how things could go. They were even willing to extract them for me the same day but I wasn't prepared. I scheduled for Friday morning instead (next day). During my visit I got to meet some of the nicest people that clearly LOVE their profession. Everyone from the front to the procedure itself were excellent in making my nerves calm for this. I would like to give a HUGE thank you to Maria, Andrew, Sonia, Dr. Bhatti, and Amanda, for helping to guide me with patience and compassion for the situation I was in. You all made a nerve wrecking situation very pleasant and 3 days later I have 0 pain whatsoever (I've had 0 pain since the procedure at all which is outstanding). I looked at 4 other places before finally discovering this place and I'm glad I did. People like the staff here are the type that should train others in every profession when it comes to how to treat people with kindness and the ability to have positive impacts in their journey! It makes a difference, YOU all made my experience AMAZING! I'm sure I probably couldn't stop talking during the procedure but they made it work and were with me every step of the way. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE! It's the best decision you'll make for your dental health. Such a pleasure!

There's a very comfy looking couch on one wall, and rows of chairs on the other two walls, one of of the rows of chairs is directly under the TV, so if you sit here you can't see anything. It's odd to have a couch in a waiting room. There was one man sitting on the couch when I came in... It's kind of odd to sit next to a stranger on a couch. But that would have been my only option to watch the TV. Turns out the TV is mostly adds related to oral surgery, so I didn't miss much. And the music playing the whole time I was waiting was Owl City. Including the Dentist song, which is just bizarre. But this place is obviously geared more towards teens getting wisdom teeth extracted, so I guess that explains the music. My husband's appointment went very fast! We arrived right on time for the appointment, they took him in within minutes and he was done in 30 minutes. Nurses came out to speak to me with the post-procedure procedures, which was very helpful. When he was done they told me to drive around back to pick him up (since he was groggy from the pain meds). All together a very fast and (at least for me) painless visit to the dentist. =)

My right side the teeth didn't touch. Behind the upper denture is a pretty good sized gap. It's a constant struggle to keep clean. Within 3 months 3 out of 4 posts fell out of my lower jaw. I called Dr Trevasani's office when the first one fell out. They were supposed to call me back but never did, I left several voicemails. The 2nd post fell out. I called his office again. On this call I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants". Obviously a lie. I asked if his office closed down and was told, "no he's only doing wisdom teeth removals". Obviously another lie. 3rd post fell out and I called Dr Trevasani's office again. This time asking what I'm supposed to do. I asked if the office is referring past patients to someone else. I was told, "Dr Trevasani is no longer doing dental implants, just wisdom teeth removals". I said that's not what I asked. They said I needed to find another dentist. I have been to numerous other dentists who specialize in dental implants. I was told that the space in the back of the upper dentures couldn't be repaired. That I'd have to get an entirely new one made. I was told the bottom denture was actually MY original denture. Yet I was charged for upper and lower. 3 different dentists will not touch me. I'm looking at thousands to fix this. Please save yourself the money and aggravation by seeing someone else. I think you'd be better served getting a dentist who got his license from a Cracker Jack box. I've had nothing but pain in my lower jaw from the bite being so off. From here I will contact the American Board of Prosthodontics and file a report on Dr Trevasani. I was outright lied to. Because he didn't want to fix what he screwed up I'm stuck holding the bag and trying to come up with the money to get this taken care of.
