Once the order arrived in shop Eric contacted me and set up installation within two days. Guys arrived for the installed and worked non-stop until the job was completed to my satisfaction. The installers then cleaned up, vacuumed up and took away all debris. Please note: This is not a job for the faint of heart, these guys worked their butts off and measured everything 4-5 times to be sure everything was correct before cutting, drilling and installing. These guys are pricey, but you get what you pay for and this is a high quality job, which will look superior for years to come. Respectfully, Paul Clapper, Syracuse, NY

The customer service is horrible . I spoke to Alice several times and she was the most unhelpful,…read moreunprofessional person that I've encountered in a while. I had to 'pull' information out of her that should have been readily given. Forget about going above and beyond...she didn't even give basic courtesy when addressing my inquiries. Because of Alice's incompetence and " I don't want to be bothered with you" attitude I will never attempt to conduct business with Flower City Glass again. Also, I will surely share my negative experience with my many friends and colleagues.

I couldn't disagree more! Mathew & Fields has always been a "top notch" business. Yes, you sometimes have to put up with a few "quirks" when dealing with a small, hometown business. Several years ago I was remodeling my front entryway and needed some 8' MDF trim cut to 6'. I remember the gentleman described by Harry G. A little rough around the edges? Yes, but overall a good guy. Complaining because the guy is black and "scared" poor ole' Harry? Give me a break. Thank God we still have lumber yards like Mathew and Fields. The big box stores have put so many of these "little guys" out of business.

Take your chances...make sure they get your order right or you will eat it! Oh, and then I called and left Mr. Matthews a message but no return call.
