We gave them the measurements before they came and they came with the right size windows, And sealed up the problem areas we had. Our windows were a little larger than the coupon stated so we all paid a small amount extra for the larger windows. Totally worth it On top of the great work, they were very professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me in layman's terms so that I knew what they were doing step by step. They also had me check their work during and after. Our basement is so much warmer now and our dehumidifier barely has to run anymore. They have an option of having removable (or can open) block in the middle but we did not get those types of windows. I definitely recommend them and You won't be disappointed! Thank you!

Under fauther inspection of their work , I found that under the Deck they never finished their work.... only put cement under the bottom edge of the window..never caulked the sides or top of the Basement window....See Photos...I called the Owner. He told me that they don't do windows like that under decks and that was the way he has done them for 25 years. He wouldn't stand by his work on the other window that the cement cracked off already. I assume that the cement was placed too Thin to survive the Winter. When He returned my call was, basically told me that I was wrong and being very defensive with my complaints.
