The others didn't even notice the available outlet or told me it was "dead." Ty's expertise, personality, honesty, and professionalism won me over. He also had the lowest quote, and I didn't feel like I was settling for second-tier work. He did the job about 2 weeks later and took care of all the SMUD stuff.
