It's been a while since my last visit, and one of the biggest improvements I noticed was the new…read moreparking garage. There is plenty of parking now, which makes visiting much more convenient. They've also opened a new gaming section that is smaller and tucked away from the main casino floor. I liked having the option to play in a quieter area away from the larger crowds. The casino itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a good variety of games. The bar also had a great selection of drinks. I also noticed they're working on opening a hotel, which is an exciting addition. It will be nice to have the option to stay on-site once it's completed. I don't visit casinos very often, but this is one of the few that I genuinely enjoy. It's clean, modern, and has a nice atmosphere. I had a great experience and would definitely come back to see how everything comes together once the hotel opens.

Yelo says, "How would you rate your experience?"…read more I bought in for blackjack single deck $25 minimum for $600. I only one 1 hand in total after playing not even 20 hands of $25-100 bets. I could not win a single hand. I won 2 hands in total which was an 88 split and another hand where dealer busted. Other than that I lost every single hand. Even the dealer told me, "I didn't even give you a chance." Yeah that's how you don't get a tip either. (Nahh I would have if I won). Crazy crazy blackjack experience. I've never encountered anything like it. I cut the deck, and 2 others did too. It didn't matter. Luck was on the dealer's side tonight. So how would I rate my experience for my 2nd time here since they first opened? A pretty one and I probably won't come back

Stopped into Nugget to grab fresh raspberries for homemade crème brûlée (using them as the…read moretopping), and it was one of those quick grocery runs that reminded me why I like shopping here. The berries looked beautiful -- fresh, bright, and exactly what you want when you're making something special and don't want to risk disappointing fruit. Produce quality really does make a difference, especially when it's the star of the dish. I also ended up finding a garlic olive oil I've been looking for, which felt like a bonus win. Nugget is great for those moments when you need something a little more specialty and don't want to drive all over town searching for it. The store was clean, well stocked, and easy to get in and out of, which I always appreciate when I'm just popping in for a few things during a busy day. It's one of those places where you can reliably find quality ingredients whether you're cooking something special or just grabbing everyday groceries. Final verdict: absolutely worth it.

The fresh baked bread here seems to be the best compared to other grocery stores in the area,…read morehowever it costs a lot more. The pugliese bread is my favorite as it is soft, fluffy, and taste delicious! The sourdough is also yummy and has a light airy consistency.  The sandwiches are made with the fresh baked bread and are delicious! Even though the store opens at 6am, the bread is not ready until 8-9am, therefore it is best to order a sandwich a couple hours after the store opens for the optimum selection of bread. I once made the mistake of ordering a sandwich at 7am and was only presented with two bread options: sliced bread or focaccia. I selected the focaccia and although the bread was tasty, it made for a very soft and ultimately soggy sandwich.  There is a large prepared/hot food section that is self-serve. On one occasion while I was selecting a soup to purchase I witnessed an employee wiping up the spilled food from the counter and putting it back into the large food tray. It was absolutely nauseating and I immediately questioned if I should even purchase the soup given the lack of proper food cleanup/handling.  The grocery items cost much more than other grocery stores for the same exact item. Nugget seems to carry a variety of high-quality ingredients and typical well-known brands. The cost of produce and meat is much higher than other grocery stores, although the meat is typically sourced from local farms.  During Thanksgiving Nugget carries a large selection of high quality turkeys. There are a few turkeys that are sourced from local farms that are advertised as natural, antibiotic free, and free range. When purchasing a Turkey for Thanksgiving it is always advised to call and preorder as the high quality turkeys sell out fast.

A decent restaurant in the casino! We have family that are frequent flyers here and they decided to…read moreinvite us to dinner. We learned that on Mondays and Tuesdays from 4-10 pm, the steakhouse next door is closed so their extra prime rib is sold here at a discount! It's still delicious! We also tried the potato skin poutine. Very different than what you would expect based on the name but really delicious. I think the cheese curds were fried until crispy and served with sliced brisket, chopped mushrooms, and gravy. They were served on a small potato halved, not just the skin. Very hearty, but tasty! We also got to try the banh mi sliders with beef. Perhaps it is my bias having tried many iterations of this before, but the bao bun was not a great texture and the beef, while filet mignon, was just fine. The sauce it was served with helped a lot. And the chips that came with the bao were a bit stale. The staff are very sweet but definitely not as attentive as you would expect for a nicer restaurant. The ambiance was decent but so many blinking TVs at every angle makes for an extremely distracting environment. The noise from the casino carries a bit but is much quieter if you are deeper in the restaurant.

The birthday girl had the salmon dinner, and my sister in law had the meatloaf dinner. I enjoyed the juicy burger with tomato, avocado and bacon. It came with fries, but if you wanted to sub for a salad, it would be an additional $4. We started with a variety of appetizers, but I stuck with the dinner because that was plenty. Everyone enjoyed their meal, but i don't think my sister in law like the flavor of the meatloaf., but that's always a matter of preference/taste. We brought our own cake, but staff were available to cut it for us, and serve. There is a cake cutting fee too, so don't forget to ask about it ahead of time. The manager, Paul, was excellent. He was very attentive, and helpful, and enjoyed interacting with our group to ensure that our birthday celebration was a special one.

We recently stopped by Cafe La Vies and ended up having such a fun experience…read more I ordered the banana matcha, which was absolutely delicious. The banana flavor paired surprisingly well with the matcha and made for a really refreshing drink. It was one of those drinks that I immediately knew I'd order again. But honestly, the highlight wasn't even the drink itself. It was the adorable little elephant vessel it came with. They put dry ice inside and then pour water into it, making it look like the elephant is blowing smoke out of its trunk. My daughter was completely mesmerized. Watching her reaction was worth the visit all by itself. What I loved most was that it wasn't just a gimmick. The drink was actually good, and the elephant made such a cute keepsake afterward. It felt like getting both a treat and a souvenir. The café itself had a fun atmosphere, and it was one of those places that felt a little different from your typical coffee or tea stop. Helpful tip: If it's your first visit, order one of the drinks served in the elephant. The presentation alone is worth it, especially if you're visiting with kids. Between the banana matcha and my daughter's excitement over the smoking elephant, this ended up being one of those unexpectedly memorable stops we'll be talking about for a while.

I came in earlier today to try the Mango series, specifically the Mango Sticky Rice. I was excited…read morebecause I've been seeing it advertised all over IG and then all the signs and what not in the store. I walk up to the counter and asked for the Mango Sticky Rice and the guy who helped me, idk what his name is had an attitude and was like we're out of it. I'm thinking to myself, sooo if you KNOW you're of something that's popular and on the menu, maybe you should put a sign somewhere stating that it's currently NOT AVAILABLE. Then I had to call back home to let my siblings know that the initial drink they wanted was not available, so they can choose something else and again the guy taking the order wad annoyed. My siblings decided upon the Mangonada with brown sugar boba and the iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha. Unfortunately, brown sugar boba was not available was all out for the day according to the cashier.. but no sign stating that they were sold out. I had to call my siblings again to let them know and ask if they wanted crystal boba as a replacement. To keep the order going while I was calling them, I asked for a mochi waffle and the guy threw his hands up annoyed and was like do you not want the boba for drink? I told the cashier I'll have the crystal boba instead of the brown sugar since it's currently unavailable, and the guy goes with an attitude... soo do you want the crystal boba? I said yess...yes I do. The Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha was alrightt. It is definitely not all that it is hyped up to be. The drink IMO was just a basic iced matcha with chocolate drizzle on the side of the cup and the pistachio foam that barely tasted like pistachio.
