On July 4 a holiday I called Elizabeth at four corners she said bring it in and let's see if we can match it up or I will make you a great deal on a new toilet. When I arrived, I was probably greeted by Elizabeth. I showed her the valve I had and we looked on the shelf, but she didn't have that particular one. When she started showing me the new toilets, one of her guys from the back came up and asked to see the valve. hand it to him he went to the shop and came back a few minutes later with a new valve. I asked Elizabeth how much it was. She said it's not in our inventory so you can just have it. It was not till later that evening after I had installed the new valve that I saw the price on the package was $75. I don't know of any other dealer or Parts place that would have taken care of me the way she did, especially on a holiday. Thank you again, Elizabeth you really made a difference on our camping trip.
