AUTOZONE installed the battery so if it wasn't registered to my truck, the installer didn't do his job and nothing was required by me the last 9 years of buying batteries there so why void my warranty plus she removed every label off my new battery including the warnings labels. She said if I wanted a warranty, I could buy the battery that was under warranty? Real professionalism! I was in there 4/24/26 to have the battery (same one they installed) checked and was told it, starter and alternator were all good. 2 Weeks later truck had to be towed because it wouldn't start. BAD BATTERY! I had Gary Yeoman diagnose my truck thinking the battery was good like I was previously told by Autozone and they removed it for me to take it back to Autozone since it was still under warranty. The only other place to touch that battery other than AutoZone the last 3 years. I been a customer for 30 years but after her behavior I will be going up the road to O'Reilly's. Bullying disabled 66-year-old female seniors is her specialty. Nothing professional about her both times I've encountered her. Beware they can cancel your warranty, "just because". I'm contacting BBB next because this is nothing more than greed! I have a new battery but no 3-year warranty because she has a bad attitude and so do I now! Guess she judged me as a liar since she didn't want to hear anything I was trying to tell her. Maybe tearing my labels off was making too much noise for her to hear me. I ask for a copy of the sheet with the labels to which she replied, that's my copy but it was actually her original since I ask for a copy. So I went to the store and I talked with the proprietor/owner Paul and he suggested what he thought I should get and I concurred. So I bought a good Kenwood touchscreen radio and four speakers costing approximately in total $2000. Along with a rear view backing camera. We arranged for an appointment to have the work done. The installer of my merchandise was a young man named Matt. This guy did a superb job installing this sound system however well doing so he mentioned to the owner Paul that he did not think I should purchase the speakers he said mine were quite adequate and he just didn't recommend it. Something about the ohms an electrical term. So Paul came out to the waiting room to talk to me and discuss this situation. He said Matt suggested not doing it and he agreed. so we have here the owner of a company that's been in business for more than 30 years telling a customer that maybe you shouldn't get the speakers. I thought to myself wow this is one class individual super honest person. Most people would not have even passed on that message I think. Well in doing so he saved me $500. I was so impressed with these two guys I just was flabbergasted that there was so much honesty here. So in closing I would recommend sound crafters to anybody and everybody I talk to about a new sound system for their vehicle and the utmost respect I have for that organization. This type of honesty just overwhelmed me with surprise. So I just wanna say thanks to Paul and Matt and the rest of the crew. Thank you for a job well done folks.

i just had my windshield changed. i prevously had a dash cam installed with my old windshield…read more all that needed to be done was make the wires neat. the guy said he couldn't do it for 2 weeks and it was $225.00 with a 1/2 deposit just to be put on the schudule. i said did not have a credit card but what i really meant to say was go f yourself. to update the response i got - when i was in the store you said it was $225 for 2.5 hours worth of work that equates to $90.00 an hour.on this fourm you are stating $150.00 per hour. also i told you the windshield was just replaced and i'm waiting on tint to go on top part. when i got home i told my roomate and we hooked it back in 5 min and we tested it and it works. we plugged some usb plug into the mount which the unit laches on to and that powered on the unit and inside cam. all i wanted was the wires strightened and tucked away. i never asked for a warrenty and wouldn't expect one if the cam blew out if all you did was tuck the wires. i just don't have a reciept from the oringnal install. but those who are good to me would of had a customer for life. i would of paid something like $50.00 - $75.00 give or take but apparently you think your too good for that. i don't do business with people who don't think their crap don't stink and tries to rip people off. there was no reason for a re install. it's been installed perfectly for a year

As part of a birthday extravaganza, my boyfriend wanted to rent a Honda Goldwing motorcycle. And Goldwings are completely not available in Jacksonville so we were originally planning a trip to Orlando when we heard Daytona had one available. As a part of the Eaglerider motorcycle rental group, they can bring in various bikes a person may want to rent. We planned a one day rental and the shop was super accommodating allowing us to pick up the bike after they were closed. The rental included helmets and basic insurance to cover the bike. This was my first time being on a motorcycle and after being terrified the first half of the initial ride, I slowly began to enjoy myself. I was much better the second day for our sightseeing trip. I definitely recommend A1A - driving right next to the ocean and smelling the salt in the air is what living in Florida is all about. We returned the bike shortly before closing the following day. We chatted with the owner, Chris, who did the walk around the check the bike. The bike was in great condition and we had no problems. They included two locks and we did use the brake disc lock when we left it in a parking garage because, ya know, no one wants to pay that $1k deductible should someone try to take it. Chris checked us out and they walked us through a bunch of other vehicles available. If you want to rent a t-rex, this is your place. If you want to check that out, other bikes, drool over a Vanderhall, go here. Everyone was super friendly, answered questions, and didn't make fun of my complete ignorance of anything and everything motorsports. I hope they get a passenger backrest for the Spyder so we can rent that next without me worrying about falling off the back!
