I definitely didn't want to have this work done by the dealership after experiencing lengthy delays and weeks in the shop for the simplest repairs and service. My insurance company Progressive provided me with a quick response and evaluation and left it up to me to find the Body Shop of my choosing. After doing some research and making an appointment with Todd's Auto Body and after meeting Todd and Shelly I knew these guys were definitely the ones for the job. They are also RVer's so they understood I didn't want to leave my RV away from my home any longer than absolutely necessary. They ordered all the parts required to complete the work and met with the insurance adjuster prior to requesting I bring our MotorCoach to their shop for repairs- once everything was in place the work was completed in only a few days which is exactly what I was looking for. The quality of the paint and workmanship was nothing less than outstanding, Shelly is a great communicator and provided me with updates during the entire process starting from our first introduction and Todd is such a professional and master craftsman, the entire process exceeded my expectations and I'm so lucky I found them. This is a great local business and one you should consider if you find yourself in need of this type of work...

The old clear coat had areas where the good clear remained, they did not feather it out. The paint they use is poor at best. Over the past year, I would wax the car and the paint would come off onto the applicator. It seamed there was not enough harder in the mix. There is very little paint on the car, it is very thin. The paint is dead again, will not come back to life, and it shows all the defects. I did try to return and show the Daytona shop issues shortly after in the first 6 months, but the were going to charge me again for the work they just performed. The value may be in the price, but the quality is rock bottom poor, find another place to go!

Auto Tuning House is one of those hidden gems you're so glad someone tells you about. A good friend…read moreof mine, who also shares my love for German-engineered cars, recommended this place when I mentioned I was having issues with my 2013 Porsche Panamera. The car had been sitting for about seven months, and I didn't know where to take it. My friend had taken his BMW M3 and other cars here before and couldn't stop raving about the work they do, so I decided to give it a try. The team at Auto Tuning House really impressed me. They clearly know German cars inside and out, and their passion for what they do shows in how they explain everything. They took the time to walk me through the issues and what they planned to do to fix them, which gave me so much confidence in their expertise. While I was there, I met a couple of other customers, also with German cars, and they all said the same thing, this is the shop to go to if you have a German vehicle in Orlando. The shop is a little tucked away, so you might miss it if you're not looking for it, but it's worth finding. Their pricing is fair, especially for the level of care and detail they provide, which isn't always easy to find when it comes to these kinds of cars. As someone who only drives German-engineered vehicles, knowing I have a trusted place to turn to in Orlando is a huge relief. Even though I haven't gotten my car back yet, I feel confident the work will be excellent. The way the team approaches their work combined with their clear love for what they do really sets them apart. I'm giving four stars for now because I like to save five stars for after I've experienced the full service, but I already know this will be my go-to spot in the future. If you own a German car and are looking for skilled mechanics who truly care about their craft, you can't go wrong with Auto Tuning House. Highly recommend it!

Speed Demons beat out two other local competitors in the Daytona Beach area. I dropped off my Cadillac on a Monday morning and when I picked it up on Wednesday morning I was pleasantly surprised. Hard no. This was a…read moresimple two day job to fix some stone chips above the windshield. The preliminary work he did left exposed metal which has significantly rusted and has now increased the size and cost of the repair. After over four months of poor communication and rotating excuses for missed commitments I finally have my vehicle and key back and scheduled with another body shop in town. It took me six weeks to catch on that all I was getting were excuses with no effort to finish the agreed upon work. It took three more months of missed promises to finally get my key back. During the four months of driving to his closed doors multiple days each week, I met three other frustrated clients and read the continued posting of notes on his door from others asking for him to contact them about their vehicles. Each person I spoke with said he had done good work from them in the past, but each one of them became so frustrated they also took their vehicles off his lot over the past few months. Bottom line, if you do decide to use his services, I recommend getting some firm commitments in writing. And if he disappears and starts giving you excuses, be prepared to pull the trigger and go somewhere else. Everyone has difficulty in their lives sometimes that get in the way. But the many missed promises to be there at specific days and waste my time and others without any notification are inexcusable. I'm not meaning he missed a 10:00am or 1:00pm appointment. His shop was closed all day every week for months even while he was promising myself and others the night before he would be there or telling us he was "on his way to meet us within the hour."

On the very first day, a seat-restraint sensor warning came on. I called and spoke with Julie in the repair department, who told me that they had performed work on the seat/upholstery and likely had not reconnected a wire correctly. She asked us to check underneath the seat for a loose wire. My husband checked, but all of the wires were hidden beneath a box that was itself loosely connected--suggesting the area was not properly reassembled after their repair work. I called Julie back, left a voicemail explaining what we found, and never received a return call. On the second day, a tire-pressure sensor warning came on. On the third day, the convertible top stopped working entirely. I contacted Spanos Motors again and spoke with Tim, the salesperson who sold me the car. He immediately transferred me to a manager. I explained that I was extremely concerned and uncomfortable driving a vehicle that had three separate warning/issues within the first three days of ownership. We asked about returning the car and were told that was not an option. The manager said he would call me back to let us know what they could do to resolve the situation. That was the last I heard from them. A luxury vehicle should not be delivered with this many immediate issues, especially after the dealer apparently performed repairs before delivery. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of follow-up after I raised legitimate safety and reliability concerns. I expected Spanos Motors to stand behind the vehicle they sold and shipped to me. Instead, I was left with a car I do not feel comfortable driving and no response from management.

I let him know that happened he said bring it back the next day which I did . he replaced the two sheets of tint that came off but he cannot cut in a straight line. Very sloppy lines he takes a marker to fill in the gap which looks like a kid did it. I took it back today for a third time the windows are worse than before and he used some type of spray or chemical on the inside that leaked out to the outside of the motorhome causing deep yellow stains that cannot be removed. He tried to remove them and then decided just to polish it which I became very angry over.I just had my RV detailed and the outside was very clean and white and now I've got 30 or 40 yellow streaks below both windows which I'll probably have to get painted which will be very difficult to match the rest of the rig. I told him he was an idiot and didn't know what he was doing and he threw me off the property and ripped off one of the 3M films on the window throwing it on the chair. Another person came in unhappy with work he had done on their car they got in a heated argument as well. So now I've got a damaged vehicle and crappy window tint . Good thing I have pictures to prove otherwise. This guy needs to be shut down and take a class on how to do window tinting. He also puts tint on the outside of the windows and says it's a special tint by 3M designed to do that he's full of crap!
