Fast forward to today I was pretty hungry during lunch, and did not have time to pack my lunch. I wanted something healthy that was not a salad...then I remembered about Saints being close by. I called during lunch to ask a few questions about the menu. The lady I spoke with was very polite and patient, especially because I had a few questions and I'm sure they were busy. She was very nice and even text me a picture of their menu. "She" was the owner and super nice when I went in to pick up my order as well. I ordered the stir fry bowl with brown rice, and it was delicious. Chicken was nice and crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Whenever I've ordered from a place that has "healthy food" the food always lacks flavor or it's dry. My food was freshly made and defiantly not lacking flavor. They have a lot of food options and combinations. If you want something delicious that you don't have to feel guilty about eating try them out. Small owned business. I will defiantly continue to support!

She's very patient, thorough, and if you love Indian food (and, I imagine, even if you don't, you'll likely change your perspective a bit) you'll eat this class up :-) Don't be afraid to bring and share a couple wine bottles with her, depending on the size of your group, as well -- she seemed to appreciate it :-) We got to eat together in her backyard, which was a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience in and of itself. In short, it was a very warm and inviting few hours, not to mention tasty and educational. Many team members took home her collection of spices, which she wasn't pushy about at all, and did seem like a good deal, on top. Strong recommend, and if you're thinking about cooking classes, or even just informally cooking with your friends/team/family, in a cozy, home setting, with someone who's definitely very knowledgeable and passionate, Rashmi's cooking class is the one.
