Inattentive staff. Slow service. Gross bathrooms. Less than decent food. Need I say more?

Great breakfast spot! Sue and Mary are lovely and the food is good, particularly the hash omelette.

Good simple fare with fair pricing and nice service. Place looks tired but food is nice enough for grandma or the kids.

This place has a happy family-oriented ambiance and I'd highly recommend it to anyone passing through!

Tucker's is an extremely popular breakfast/ brunch/lunch spot for locals and travelers alike. If…read moreyou are going between 10am-12pm, expect a wait, and possibly to use street parking because the parking lot is rather small (not easy to turn around in if other patrons are also looking for parking). That said, the coffee, food, and service are worth it! There are two seating rooms and one of them opens out to restrooms and a very small shopping/business mall. The tables and chairs are thick, heavy, rustic wood reminiscent of a country kitchen, and the acoustics are pretty good! No echoes or a need to yell to friends or family at your own table. The service is stellar! Lots of students work here and they are top notch. The food is outstanding. Their hash browns are literally the best I have ever had. They are wispy and crispy, and will not leave grease on your plate or in your belly. The eggs are always perfect, no matter how you ask for them, and the pancakes are the best you can get without making them yourself at home. They are served with a syrup, but for $2.00 extra (at the time of this posting), you can get real maple syrup instead. By the way, their coffee is not limited to regular and decaf. There is a delightful coffee drinks menu for options to enjoy at your table or to go! Tucker's also does take out, so you really have not excuse to miss this delightful place.

So glad we found J&J today. We had just left the annual SWAM event. We missed breakfast and needed…read morea "breakfast all day" place and J&J was listed number 1 with 5 stars. Deservedly so, as it's a small quaint diner and very casual. We weren't really in the mood to sit at a restaurant table and order and be waited on. This looked just casual enough. Everything we ordered was delicious and very fresh as pointed out by a previous reviewer. Delicious ingredients and even the small serving of fruit on our plates was incredible. Service was great and the staff behind the counter were very friendly. You seat yourself, order at the counter (the woman behind the counter offered us menus as we walked in), get a number tent to place on your table, get your coffee, then the woman at the counter brings the food to your table. Actually, everyone there was nice. The diner is inside Mr Berry's on the Common in Plymouth. Lots of yummy potential on the menu. My husband ordered the Avocado Toast and I ordered the Hipster. We both had lattes, which were really good from a self-serve coffee machine, but it was really good coffee. While we waited for our food, which came out in about 10 minutes, I heard several people order Roadies. My Hipster consisted of an everything bagel with a fried egg, avocado, spinach and a yummy sauce. Wish the egg had been a little runnier, but it was a good blend and balance of flavors. I also saw a regular who came in (postal worker) who had a pot pie that is, from what I heard everyone at the counter talking about, extremely popular. Apparently there was word that they're taking it off the menu, and two women sitting at the counter were politely "interrogating" the staff as to the truth of this rumor. The owner or head chef was regaling the women with the irony of their hot items being more popular in the summer than in the winter. The pot pie and one of their soups are apparently two items that fit that bill. It made for an interesting conversation! Really cool, casual place. After we ate, we did some perusing of the store side of the establishment. All in all a great experience.

BLT with egg, and it was spot on. Shoutout to Jesse! He was awesome! Friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right.

On a cold December afternoon, my wife and I found ourselves in Plymouth, NH and were looking for a…read morewarm snack to help take the chill off. Just up the road in Campton, we discovered Covered Bridge Farm Table--and what an amazing place. The food is incredibly fresh and truly farm-to-table. The staff was super friendly, and our waitress was fantastic. We both ordered the clam chowder, which is gluten free and absolutely delicious--exactly what we needed to warm up. We also ordered the Cowboy Chips, and fair warning: they disappear fast. They were amazing, with the smoked Gouda being the perfect finishing touch. Definitely not your average nachos. As an added bonus, the restaurant overlooks a covered bridge and a river, making for a wonderful view while enjoying our afternoon snack. The menu overall looks fantastic, and we'll definitely be back to try more dishes.

A friend recommended this place while we were in a weekend visit here…read more Parking lot was packed on a Friday night but we were seated as soon as we got there. There was live music in the bar but we wanted to sit for dinner so we sat in the dining room. The water was really great. Brought water to us as soon as we sat down and took our drink order. They had an okay selection of beers on draft but nothing that u really loved. Espresso martini that one of us got was good, not great but good. The ahi tuna bowl was amazing. Our son had it and said that everything was great. My wife had the Cape Cod Rueben, which is her favorite go to and said it was phenomenal. Our daughter got the chicken fingers and fries and said the fries were her favorite. I got a grilled chicken sandwich and the breast seemed a bit cookie cutter and not really fresh. The apples in my sandwich were more like a jar jam and wasn't very good. The brioche bun was okay but overall the sandwich was a disappointment. I will say the basket of fries was the highlight for my meal. I ordered the key lime pie to go and it wasn't very good. The menu said it was world famous and won competitions but in my travels, this was about a 3 out of 10 of all the key lime pies I have had. Overall, our visit was good and they deserve 5 stars for service. If we ever go back, I will try something different. I'd recommend giving it a try.
