The awesome staff mentioned that their tasting room was close by so we decided to go the next day to try more of their bottles. Tasting flight is $15 with a $5 upgrades to try a liqueur and the non-alcoholic cider as a finishing palate cleanser. We bought their Pippin cider and ended up getting another set of their non-alcoholic cider. A friend bought their liqueur saying it had a very interesting and unique flavor that reminded him of childhood memories - that earthy, outdoors freedom he grew up with. The tasting room is a beautiful, open space and great to relax in as you sample the various ciders. You can also order full glasses if you have a favorite. There is a big patio outside lined with apple trees and lots of grassy area to lay a picnic blanket and more seating.

The tasting room was bright and modern and the cider experts that led the tasting were knowledgeable and friendly! They made what could have be mundane, fun! I came on a sunny day and sat on the patio! I had a view of the lawn and the vines! This made Nashi accessible to families with littles and pets! This has to be a stop on your Vashon Island day or weekend trip! I also love that it is a locally owned and operated business!

Place was fun, people were welcoming, and was able to find a spot for two up on the bar despite the place being packed. There is parallel parking available outside the place, but its back in parking. The cidery is looking for another location to relocate to as it sounds like the rent may be getting too steep to stay. I can't say that for sure but at any rate the lease to stay isn't getting renewed. They hope to relocate within Tacoma. I certainly hope it will happen as Tacoma won't have a cider taproom once Incline closes. Apparently they will continue to do production in cans so you can get them at certain grocery stores. I have had a lot of fond memories of coming here to hang out and have their ciders so it will be sad to see it close. I have mixed feelings whenever I hear the relocating statements to breweries and adjacent to the brewery apocalypse are the cideries and how so many are closing due to rising costs and a shift in consumer preferences. Some places do resurface in a new spot and others despite saying they will reappear are never heard from again. I want to be hopeful we will see Incline with a physical location but I also know it's a grim time for the adult beverage industry. So this past weekend 9/19/26 we did one more visit to enjoy Incline's ciders before closure.

Our Go-To Burger Spot in Yelm!…read more The Grill at 507/507 Taproom & Filling Station is hands down one of our favorite places to eat in Yelm! In our opinion, they have the best smash burgers around, and they are consistently delicious every single time we go. Sean always gets the Bleu Cheese Smash with tots, while I rotate between the Deluxe Smash with fries and the Chicken Caesar Wrap. I honestly love both, so I can never decide which one I want--which is why I just rotate! We also really love the taproom side and all of the beer options they have. One of our favorites is the Juice Tornado #28, which is a hazy IPA, and I especially love trying their different sours. They're one of the few places we go that consistently has sour beers, so that's a big bonus for me! We come here at least once a month, and we've also had the chance to attend the Zane Lamprey show here two years in a row, which was always a total blast. Last night, we brought our daughter and had some friends meet us there, and we had such an enjoyable evening. The food was great, the service was great, and the atmosphere is always great. Whether we're stopping in for burgers and a beer or coming for an event, 507 is always a good time. Definitely one of our favorite spots in Yelm!

The back patio area is open to dogs. Half of the paved area is under cover and the rest of the tables sport sun umbrellas. #1 covered. The pubs menu is generous, but two categories stand out. Their smash burgers are juicy, oversized, and tender -- with beautifully crisp edges. The spicy bacon smash is perhaps the best non-homecooked burger I've ever had. And their signature tater tots are near perfect. Hot, crispy, flavorful without any greasiness. Perfect #2 nailed The taproom of course has a slew of brews on tap. Fruity framboise-styles to bitter IPAs, along with a broad selection of NW ciders. #3 nailed The indoor dining area and bar is open and friendly while outside is the aforementioned covered spaces. Many of the tables also sport propane flame heaters/fireplaces for when the temperature drops. It's cool to be cozy. #4 nailed. We'll be back!
