Two areas they can work on: (1) box charge of $25. I just dropped $500 on a custom hat and you can't give me a box to keep it stored and safe. Huge miss here and I ordered one from Amazon. (2) being asked to tip. This is yet another example of the tip culture run amuck - similar to a shoe salesman or a clothing store attendant - you don't tip on a clothing purchase. I felt blind-sided with this at the end after a mediocre customer service experience at best. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish - I'll wait and get custom hats in Jackson or Nashville next time.
