Young woman who waited on me said I could return after the 15 day window since it was considered a Christmas gift/purchase. It was an early present for a family member that didn't fit. When I dropped by to return the blouse today (24 days after original purchase) they refused to refund my purchase and refused a store credit. They said that the receipt didn't have the "Christmas sticker" on it - so it wasn't considered a "holiday" purchase. Makes no sense whatsoever - if it had the "Christmas sticker" it would have been ok to return - regardless of the purchase date.... Clerk was rude and made a number of snarky comments. It's so easy to make a customer feel welcome and want to return. But, you blew it. Totally agree with other comments about how poorly the store treats its customers. I'll go out of my way to let others know not to shop there.

They then send it out to a network of repair people and my jacket came back looking good as new. The whole process was super easy and is one of the value adds you get from shopping local.
