DO NOT COME HERE FOR JEWELRY!!!! They over charge terribly and it's not even good quality. They sell you defective pieces then don't want to replace them. First, they seemed nice because the two times I had gone in the beginning happened to be on me losing certain pieces. At the other times when they were defective, I was given more of a hard time especially when they charge $15 for a thin tongue piercing that doesn't work pisses me off even more. Therefore they informed me they wouldn't be giving me a refund and don't want to replace it when it's their products that don't work.
Thank you so much Jennifer for my beautiful tattoo definitely coming back for more work I highly recommend her and any of her crew in the shop you totally feel welcomed and her hospitality in offering my self and the other customers that was there something to drink while waiting !! I had the best experience getting pierced and tattooed on the same day. I had been wanting to complete a stacked looked on my ears. Chris was so knowledgeable and actually had a vast variety of jewelry and it was in gold. Which meant I didn't have to wait for my piercing to heal to change my jewelry to match my current jewelry to see the look I imagined. As a Disney girly really wanted to get a tattoo by Jennifer who is so talented and I have admired her work for sometime. I was able to get my tattoo by Jennifer and it came out perfect, can't wait to go back for more! The staff was beyond friendly and just made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I also loved how organized and in sync they all were. Hands down best experience.

She brought my vision to life with this incredible design, my love for sugar skulls, their birth flowers and the mandala wrapping it together as only a mother does. I got my tattoo May 2nd with the artist JC. It looked really good at the moment. He only gave me saran wrap and told me to take it off in 30 minutes. Two weeks later, my tattoo started to look more thick thicker and I had thought it was just scab, but it never went away and now a month later it looks thick and the ink is bleeding out. This was supposed to be fine line and now it's all chunky and my skin is rough. The ink hasn't sinked into my skin yet. Mind you this is going to be on my body forever... I DMed them and they offered a touchup for the bleeding out.. Don't come here :/

Chaotic Ink is absolutely amazing! I just got my very first tattoo done here by Jennifer (aka TattooChick), who is also the owner -- and let me tell you, she was a dream. From the moment I walked in, I was super nervous (first time in a tattoo shop ever), but the whole vibe instantly put me at ease. The shop has this welcoming, family-like atmosphere, and everyone was so kind and chill. Jennifer made me feel totally comfortable -- she has such a light hand, I honestly got through the tattoo like a champ thanks to her. She was incredibly sweet, listened to exactly what I wanted, and gave me the BEST customer service I could've hoped for. You can tell she really cares about her work and her clients. My "non-achieving goal" was to get a matching tattoo with a stranger and that's exactly what happened this night! Haha Honestly, this was the best tattoo experience I've ever had! The vibe was amazing, everyone was so funny and chill, it felt more like hanging out with friends than getting a tattoo. Definitely found my new go-to spot! All night was nothing but laughs. Maybe he was having a bad day, but all I know is that he didn't use anything to lubricate the needle. The piercing wasn't even perpendicular to my ear--it was done at an angle. The piercings are extremely close to each other, and yes, I'm fully aware that swelling happens after a piercing. Because of that, he should have used a larger earring instead of something so small that, once my ear swelled, it wouldn't have popped off. You can say whatever you want about your piercer; I'm just giving my honest opinion. I hardly ever leave comments, but this time it was necessary.
@tattoochick1383 (Jennifer Cortez) is pretty awesome. I've not been lucky in finding any tattoo artists in my local area that have any experience with Sanrio characters. When I found Jennifer on IG, I was more than excited to get a tattoo from her. She's done all kinds of different tattoo styles, so I would definitely recommend her, if you don't mind going to Downey, CA. Her shop/studio is clean, and everyone there is nice. Jennifer had to reschedule my original appointment and was gracious enough to squeeze me in at the end of her long work day. My appointment was at 7:30 pm and she was able to finish 2 hours later. I've been a Sanrio fan since I was a kid and I was so happy to get this tattoo done by her. I love it, the colors are so vibrant, and it's the best reminder of my childhood. read more

I booked with Tattoo Chick through Instagram, and the entire experience was amazing. I let her know the days and hours I was available, and she was very accommodating and worked with my schedule. I drove all the way from San Diego, and it was absolutely worth the trip. I told her which characters I wanted, and when she showed me the design she created, I was blown away. It exceeded my expectations and turned out even better than I imagined. Everyone at the shop was friendly, welcoming, and made the atmosphere feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was following Jenn (Tattochick1383) on Instagram for a couple of years admiring her incredible work until I finally reached out to book an appointment... Since, she's retouched an old one, covered 6 and blessed me with 6 new ones and I still have a few more I can't wait for her to do !! Jenn's work is truly AMAZING !! The vibe and energy here is amazing. Everyone is super friendly and they bump some really good music. I was tattooed by Tattoo Chick Jennifer Cortez and she did an amazing job. I found her on instagram, check her out there tattoochick1383. I went in for a chrome mickey mouse tattoo and it came out amazing. She was super nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable through the whole process. Would highly recommend Jennifer and the whole tattoo studio. I want to give my deepest appreciation for a great experience getting my first tattoo done to this tattoo shop, Everyone, including the owner and all the staff was so welcoming and showed support and helped me with my first timer nerves. I've been hestitant for years getting my first tattoo but on on July 25, 2025, I got courage and went to get my first tattoo. Even though I wanted the owner to do my first tattoo, but unfortunately she was busy that day. I went to one of their flash sales and it didn't disappoint, they have so many cute art designs that it took awhile for me to decide. But eventually I chose a Disney theme since I love Disneyland so much and it marked a special place in my heart being my first job when I was a teenager, so Disney theme it was. @Sailor_tatts did my artwork, and he didn't disappoint , he has a gentle touch and made the experience easy and fun. I can't wait to go for more tattoos, I'll definitely be coming back ! Jennifer (@tattoochick1383) the owner is up next to do my tattoo in memory of my dad who passed away. I got a tattoo from Sophia about a month ago and she was really great! She was really attentive for it being my first tattoo and she was very transparent about the entire process. This is my second time coming here and I can't wait to continue. My first time I came I got matching sibling tattoos done by Sailor, he has a very gentle hand and I didn't feel any pain. I came back and had an appointment with Sophia, she did so good! She took her time and understood what I wanted to do with my tattoo, and then delivered. My daughter and I got our first tattoos so we were a little nervous. As soon as we walked in Sophie welcomed us in. We met Chris who does amazing piercings, and Julio another one of the tattoo artist as well. We were privileged enough to get our tattoos done by the shop owner Jennifer, she was so sweet and she did an amazing job and made us 2 new clients that will definitely be returning. Went in last week for the first time because my tattoo artist Jackie was a guest artist. I love my girl Jackie, she's done 3 pieces for me now and I plan to continue to work with her. She was the main reason I went in but the shop itself is pretty cool. Everyone was super welcoming and the overall experience was amazing, chill vibes. I checked out their pricing for piercings which as pretty descent, I definitely want to go in for one. Featuring Jackie more often (potentially permanently ) would bring me back 100%. 100000/10 read more

I got my first tattoo with Sophia and I was highly disappointed. Her work looked amazing online but after my session with her, the ink started to peel and the tattoo seemed to be on the surface of my skin only. I tried to schedule an appointment with her in two different occasions for a touch up and she never responded. Her art work online did not match her professionalism. She posts everyday online and still leaves me days without a response clearly she doesn't care about her work and her clients! If you are thinking of booking an appointment with her, I suggest to think twice. read more

I have had 2 tattoos fixed by the owner Jennifer. I had some script done by another artist and it wasn't the best. She was able to go over it and straighten the lines and enhance it. I also had a tattoo done on my hip when I had just turned 18 (let's just say it's been well over a decade since then) by an artist that was not the best. I then had 2 babies and it stretched that hip tattoo out twice and it just looked horrible. She was able to fix it and added some background to it. It turned it into a completely new tattoo and better than I originally had envisioned. Besides these 2 corrected tattoos, she's tatted me 3 other times and my husband twice. Since I found her I have not gone to another artist. I love her work and her vibes. It just creates a great experience. I definitely recommend her to anyone that asks! read more
