Small family owned business with great service. We had to replace carpet, hardwood and vinyl because of water damage. We first went to the store recommended by the insurance company and could not believe their prices. We then went to HD & Lowes because they were having sales, but the sales were on just certain products and did not include all the labor because the charge huge prices for taking up, stair work, furniture, and the custom work we needed done. So we asked around and kept getting referrals to Chantilly Carpets -- we were told that they were very small and open by appointment only but they did shop at home, were friendly, had been in business for ever, and the quality of their merchandise and installations exceptional. So we called to find out this is true. Their finished cost including the tax was well under any other estimate that we received. We called our insurance company to see if we could use them, and they said yes that the adjuster knew of them and we could use them.
