The egg roll, while pretty good, was clearly fried in oil that was not hot enough. The greasy egg roll was clear evidence of this. The chicken seems to have been refried. Horrible. When the thigh is tough as shoe leather (imagine the breast) you know something is wrong. The cheese wontons were as mediocre as they can get (and no dipping sauce was included.) Finally, the saving grace that got them the two stars was the ribs. They were cooked well, which is all I will say. If you go, I hope your experience is not as lackluster and sad as mine just was.
