Efforts to reengage the conversation after waiting over a year were met with excuses and no knowledge of discounting additional procedures as discussed. Would not recommend. Very disappointed.

I first came here 3 years ago and was advised at the time that a full hair transplant was not necessary. They performed PRP then and then I had it done a year later. Finally a few days ago I was ready for my hair transplant. I did a procedure that was very well explained to me called FUE. I was told what the expectations would be and then we went on to do the procedure. I was very worried about the pain I would have, but honestly it did not hurt nearly as much as I was anticipating. I was able to take breaks as often as I wanted. They even provided lunch for me halfway through the surgery and I got to watch tv. I had 2400 grafts planted in the front of my head and I'll be honest that first night was very painful, but the next day, despite some swelling and a small headache I felt way better. Dr. Arocha even called me that first night personally to make sure I was doing ok and to offer some advice on how to sleep. I flew from Michigan to have this procedure in Houston Texas and I am very pleased with everything that took place. I know I have to wait a number of months now to see how the procedure goes, but the doctor checked on me today (3 days post op) and everything seems to be looking great. MAKE SURE TO FOLLOW THE DOCTORS INSTRUCTIONS THEY ARE THERE FOR A REASON!!! I would absolutely never go to any other doctor.
