Anna did my pedicure and not only was she quick but she was thorough and finished me off with a bit of a neck and shoulder massage as my toes dried. All the pedicure stations have massage chairs and I love that they use the plastic protector for the bowls. Every single pedicure tool is newly opened and previously sanitized. All of the scrubbing tools and brushes are also brand new. Only thing that would be nice is if they offered bottled water (even seltzers) or water served in something different than styrofoam cups.
