I received Annie's contact information from a friend of mine. She helped me get a loan for a house that I purchsed in Hayward. She responds quickly via text and email and answered all my questions. I will definity use her if I decide to refinance. She was amazing. read more

We went to Annie because she promised a 5.99% on a loan we were trying to get for a modular home. Gave us the breakdown of the loan, checked the property, said it all looked good and to submit the paperwork. After all the time spent gathering statements and all the personal information no one wants out on the internet. She tells me that the loan would be handed off and it would 8.5%. And maybe we would like to try for another property at 3 times the cost of what we were looking at and she could get the rate down. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Complete BAIT and SWITCH move. If there was a way to have her license removed I would. So upset, the time and all that information involved and put out there. Not sure what she did for others, but a complete disappointment an untruthful and deceitful person. read more

Annie is extremely knowledgeable and will be honest and direct. She will also strongly advocate for your interests. So grateful to have her guide me through the home-buying process as a first-time home buyer. Thanks for everything! read more

Annie helped us in our year-long search for a new home. Through that whole time, Annie had the patience to guide us through every step. She understood our situation in-depth and offered the best advice. Ultimately, Annie helped us find the best deal for us in a very tough market. Our interest rate has surprised folks we've spoken to because it almost seems too good to be true. Annie is fast, friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and above all, your best advocate. Hands down, I would recommend Annie to any and everybody. read more

Annie helped me go through the mortgage application really well. We had a few hiccups along the way but she provided prompt updates. She set realistic expectations about the process. She was transparent about the rates I can do. I'm really grateful for her help! The home-buying process process will be a little less stressful when your expectations are realistic and your finances are in good order. Annie made the financial process definitely smoother for me. I would recommend her to anyone trying to get a mortgage loan. read more

Annie helped my family buy our first house. She is the best loan agent I can imagine. I sincerely recommend Annie's service for 3 reasons: First and most importantly, she always has a good deal and a good interest rate. We compared her rate and other agents, her rate is always good! Second, Annie is super patient and very responsive at any time. As first-time buyers, we are very new to this area and unfamiliar with so many regulations/laws. She walked us through every detail and she is always patient to explain to us how and why. Sometimes we even have questions late-night or weekends, she picks up phones at any time. Third, Annie is very clear about the needed items. This makes us feel super easy to work with her. She gives us a list of needed items and leaves us plenty of time to prepare them. No short notice and no unexpected errors. We are really happy about Annie's service and we hope her a better life and career! read more

Annie is a one-stop expert for any and all questions! No question is too dumb to ask either! Thank you for making the complicated much less complicated. I plan to use Annie again for sale or realtor assistance in the future! read more

Annie consulted with my partner and me on an off-market purchase in Oregon. Though she isn't licensed (yet!) in OR, she made solid referrals and checked in along the way to make sure we were being taken care of, especially since we were working without a realtor which can be extra complicated! From our first conversation with Annie to our announcement that we had closed, we were 100% confident she had our best interest at heart and would spend time and energy ensuring we we not only got the best deal, but felt valued and prioritized. Oh, and her response time to texts, emails and calls is unparalleled! read more

I found Annie thru Yelp here. After filtering through all the 5-start reviews about her, I decided to give her a call. The reviews could not have been any more accurate. I was able to reach Annie immediately, and without delay my refinance is moving full steam ahead. She has been responsive day/night even weekends. She is very knowledgeable and knows her business very well. She is very busy, BUT she does what she says and has the can-do attitude to get "multiple" of things done. I am very impressed with our results. I have much appreciation for what you do and how you do it! Thank you Annie! read more

My wife got Annies number from a Facebook group. I cold called her and she was on top of everything from the start. She was able to refinance much lower than the numbers I was getting from my current lender (Wells Fargo). Annie moves fast. I checked the dates and it took about 3 weeks from speaking with her on the phone to signing the paperwork. I'm very happy and I'd be happy to work with her again. read more

Annie is amazing! She is frank, honest, kind, and thoughtful. My only regret is that I wasn't referred to her before we were knee deep in the escrow process. I was frustrated at some confusing information I was receiving between competing companies -- one we were already halfway through the process of closing with and another that was trying to get our business -- and a coworker encouraged me to call her. I was hesitant, but I did and I am so glad! Annie spent time with me on the phone to get to know the situation, not rushing at all, and gave me an honest expert analysis of the situation, knowing that my business was already elsewhere! Who does that nowadays?!?! Anyway, I definitely know who I will be contacting and recommending for any future mortgage/refinancing needs. read more

My spouse and I highly recommend Annie if you're looking for a loan officer. As first time home buyers, she made the process very smooth and guided us through each step. She answered our phone calls and emails promptly and always had our best interest in mind. She gave us the best rate and even closed our home in 30 days when others said they could not. Thank you Annie for all of your tireless efforts. We will be recommending her to everyone we know who is looking to purchase a home. read more

Annie came highly recommend to me by a friend, and after working with her over the last month on my mortgage refi, I know why! Annie is everything you would want in a mortgage broker, and I was secure in knowing that she was always looking out for my best interests throughout the process. She is extremely knowledgable, efficient and responsive and was able to quickly provide an initial quote, as well as patiently answer all of my questions along the way day/night/weekends. Although it ended up being unfortunate timing with interest rates ticking up over the last month, Annie worked hard to still help get me a competitive rate/cost, which was stronger than other quote estimates I had received. Annie helped make the refinance as smooth as possible, and I'm so glad I chose her as my broker! I will be recommending Annie to my friends and family and hope I get the opportunity to work with her again in the future. Thank you, Annie! read more

Annie from Chang Team helped me refinance two properties during a very difficult period in time to do so and she was incredibly tenacious and creative with her problem-solving skills to get the loans to the point of funding. I've been working with Annie for almost 15 years and in the beginning I would always get a minimum of three estimates for refinancing activities, but Annie's bids were always the most price competitive and she was able to overcome hurdles with alternate income scenarios that other mortgage brokers gave up on. After some number of years I finally just quit getting other bids and just work with Annie exclusively now. I can't recommend her highly enough! read more

If I could give Annie more than 5 stars, I would! She is so professional -- very knowledgeable and always accessible via phone or email. Annie is most efficient at handling our mortgage refinance process. We have done refinancing for a few times in the past 20 years, the process and the wait were always long and I always had to chase after the broker to get updates. I did not expect that it would be this quick and painless. Annie was always on top of things and kept us fully informed regarding any updates during the process. I only wish I had known her earlier so I didn't have to go through all those lengthy and inefficient handling with other brokers! read more

She is extremely responsive, patient, efficient, she clearly communicates what is needed. She makes the process SO easy, and less intimidating. The refinance took about 2 weeks start to finish. Annie was the best. She worked hard for my interests. I highly recommend her.

Why have I waited so long to review Annie Chang? She has helped us refinance our home and made it easy, understandable and quick. She was clear about what she needed from us and what we could expect. Unlike most other people that we have dealt with during the process of buying our home and the subsequent years of dealing with other issues surrounding the mortgage, she didn't just promise us whatever we were asking and then come up short just to get our business. She has always exceeded our expectations. I couldn't recommend her more highly and have sent all of my friends dealing with any type of mortgage questions her way. Thanks Annie. We financially LOVE YOU. read more

We used Annie Chang, an agent of the PSP Mortgage company. Her website is www.ChangTeam.com. Annie was GREAT! We just went through a refi with her about a month ago, and given the state of the industry we expected a lot more headaches - but it was seamless, aside from the expected mounds of paperwork in any home sale/refi. Annie would meet us on the weekends and late in the evening, and was always available to answer any questions. Annie would check rates daily for us, and locked in a great rate for our refi. Highly recommend Annie if you are buying a place or thinking about doing a refi. The personalized service was outstanding. read more

Annie is fabulous! She's patient, she explains things really well and her "speed to market" and response time is first-class. I have been a homeowner for 38 years and have refinanced many times over the years. My son referred Annie to me so I sent her an email asking her to contact me "at her leisure" if she was taking new clients. Within seconds after hitting send she called me. I told her what I wanted and she told me what information she needed and she followed-up our conversation with a detailed email list. There were no detours and two weeks later to the day we closed on the terms I sought. Annie is the hardest working professional I have ever worked with. She is incredibly knowledgeable, proficient, and works at the speed of lightning. But that's not the best part. Her forte' lies in her customer service. She always is accessible. She relegates nothing. I never spoke to anyone but her and never got a voicemail message, rather she answered my calls on the first ring; she held my hand every step of the way. Yes, she is the best - hands down. Ali G read more

Annie is, without a doubt, one of the best mortgage brokers that I have had the pleasure to use. From my initial request for a quote to the moment she walked out my front door, I experienced professionalism was unequivocal. Phone calls were prompt, explanation of rates and terms was clear and precise, service was prompt and great. I would, and will, gladly refer anyone that has home/office purchases or refinancing issues to her. PS. This is our second time doing refinancing thou Annie. I found Annie through search on Yelp. We got in contact when I was purchasing a home (with another broker CCMC Lending - disappointing). We really liked Annie's fast-response from the beginning. We regret not working with Annie on the first time around. Recently, we refi our property with Annie in Nov09. Annie made the transaction smooth and we locked in satisfying rate. She was available to give advices and answer questions. Although we never met face-to-face, we completely trusted Annie, and it pays off. We closed the refi within 15 days. We HIGHLY recommend Annie as a mortgage broker. She represents your best interest. read more
