This facility is FULL of BRIGHT, SUPER friendly staff from the receptionist and nurses to the Dentists! Every single staff member showed off their beautiful smiles and instantly made our daughter feel comfortable during her first ever visit to a dentist. Dr Yoomi Heo and her assistants were fantastic with making Kayla feel comfortable and excited about her visit to the dentist office. Kayla had a general check-up, x-rays taken and plaque removed today and the way the staff at 'Lots of Sunshine Dentistry' introduced her to the tools and procedures instantly made her feel secure about the visit and actually made her enjoy it so much she wanted to come back again tomorrow. When Kayla first sat down in the chair, the dentist explained how everything worked and gave Kayla a small prize for doing so well with having her x-rays taken. After the entire procedure the dentist rewarded her again for a job well done by giving her a token to their toy capsule vending machine! The facility is very well kept, staff very professional and courteous, and best of all they had plenty of parking. If you're looking for an excellent Pediatric Dentist, this most certainly is the spot! Thank you Dr Heo and staff for excellent service! We're so glad we found this office on the first shot and we're proud to say that Kayla has found her personal Dentist for life!

I…read moresaw in their website and insta all the updates and equipment they installed to further clean and purify the air. So I decided to give it a shot as my old dentist, the office is older and didn't feel comfortable going there. The office is clean, new, and sparkly. It's like walking into a modern hotel lobby. The exam room was also nice and there are big windows to let the light in. Everything looked so clean. I loved the comfort menu. What a nice touch! I didn't really ask for anything as I was just doing a routine exam. For longer procedure, I might ask for a few things from the menu. The doctor did put some lip balm on my lips and that was so thoughtful because my lips weren't totally dried out after cleaning like they usually do. Who knew you could get a bit of pampering at the dentist office! Dr. Lee was great. Efficient and explained things well. She came to clean instead of a hygienist. I really like my old dentist but I just love the new office, equipment, and special touches throughout the office.

There so called "referral" to a pediatric dentist was to give me another offices card. When I explained that that particular dentist didn't accept my insurance I was told "well either pay out of pocket or wait 10 months for open enrollment". I suggest to anyone who is even thinking about going to this office to think again. I had never been so badly treated at an office in my life. Now I will be making sure that they told attempt to charge my insurance for not even touching my son's mouth.

My son is in the spectrum and we've been introduced to her staff and we immediately made an appointment within the same week. Super accommodating and they truly care for our child and so as to their families. Even during this pandemic my son will put his mask on for a little bit and will give us a hard time getting his temperature but due to his condition they don't force it upon him whenever something environmental is triggering his response. We are fortunate to learn about this place, it's so timely bec our family dentist doesn't know how to deal with kids like him. We had to come back a bit often but it's so worth it. We started pre-pandemic that our son doesn't want to even get inside her clinic, her approach is highly commendable, she went out, got to know him, baby steps, then from there to now that he sits comfortably in the check up chair letting her go through his mouth opening wide for her to see all his teeth. It's a year of some practice at home and going there like every 2 or 3 months. She didn't just specialize on dentistry and behavioral background, she knows where we are coming from straight from home with her own experiences with her family esp having the same kid as mine. It not all about teeth, its about how getting things better in life in general. This year is the 1st time my son who just turned 6 blew his own cake candle, he didn't do that for 5 years, sounds easy for other kids but on our case everything is a bit backed. Office alone, wait time is pretty short, systematic reminding via email or text which can be conveniently confirmed with a single letter response and when we happen to call to front desk, they pick up right away. Aesthetic, it's sensory friendly 100 percent. We are truly grateful to everyone we came across to reach at this point, as Dr. Kashkin first described her to us, the wonderful dentist for kids, I say indeed.
