I can't believe I haven't review Chang Noi! Ever since I moved to SI a year and a half ago. My husband and I have stopped by here a couple of times, both dinning in and take outs. If you have time, you should try to dine in at their place. It's usually nice and quiet with locals. Their service is fast but their inside is nice and clean. Chang Noi may be the best Thai food there is in the St. George area in Staten Island. As there aren't a lot of restaurants around. Although there is another Thai food cafe down the street on Stuyvesant Pl, in my opinion, this is the better Thai option. The prices have increased a bit since we moved here, partly due to inflation. A regular noodle dish like Pad Thai, or Pad Sew Ew is now $18 instead of $12/$15 than a couple of years ago. The Mango salad is now $12 instead of $7/$10. Lucky for you all, they do lunch specials so definitely take advantage of their lunch specials if you get a chance. What's more, the food is pretty good! Yesterday, I ordered two dishes for pick up and it took less than 15 mins to be ready. If you're in a hurry, this is a good choice as well!
This Gem in St. George area satisfied, we came for lunch on a Sunday (which they close fairly early like 5 but didn't rush us. They have a seating and to go side. The decor is beautiful all wood with traditional Thailand carving. We ordered the vegetable dumpling which were tasty and the calamari which were thick but good. My friend and I shared a mean with sticky coconut rice (loved) garlic shrimp and veggies which was delicious. We will be back for more.
The panang curry with duck was delicious and the roasted duck curry was exquisite! We ordered very good semidry sake. Service was very good! The ambiance in the dining area is nice and relaxed.
Ran into Chang Noi Thai in Staten Island by accident while walking around--and what a great find! The food and pricing were absolutely outstanding. We arrived around 3:50 PM, just before their lunch break (they close from 4-5 PM), so we felt a little rushed to order. But honestly, it wasn't a problem at all--the staff was still friendly, and everything that followed made it totally worth it. The food came out fast, fresh, and packed with flavor. I had the Drunken Noodles with Mock Duck, Shrimp Roll, and a Thai Iced Tea (which is a must-try!). We also ordered Thai Fried Rice and Tofu with Mixed Vegetables. Every dish was delicious, and the portions were generous. The price for three people was incredibly reasonable, especially for the quality. The restaurant is clean, has an "A" health grade, and even features a bar (we didn't try drinks this time, but good to know for next visit). With lunch specials from 11:30 AM to 4 PM and dinner starting at 5 PM, this place is perfect for a midday treat or evening meal. Will definitely be coming back!
Located close to the courts. Offer a lunch special. When I walked in it was a take out spot, but then I walked Through to the restaurant. It is beautiful. Service is on point. This would be a great date location. They have wine and beer. The food is good enough. The value is very good. The tom yum soup is good, not awesome. The drunken noodles were loaded with veggies, but the noodles were clumped, and over cooked.

My friends and I decided to have an early dinner before watching a concert at the St. George Theatre and we chose to give this place a try since it was very close to the theatre and had good reviews. The place had a nice casual, yet intimate motiff. Very cozy and surprisingly spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. For starters, we had the Curry Puffs and the Chicken Stay. Quite tasty. For dinner, we ordered the Larb Chicken, Shrimp Panang Curry, Crab Fried Rice, Chicken Drunken Noodles and the Duck Roll. Everything was scrumptious. They even had a good wine list. We had two bottles of their Malbec. It was an excellent place to start our equally excellent evening. Worth coming back to. If you happen to be in the area, definitely check this hidden gem out.
Went here with my family and my baby granddaughter. The place is not fancy. However the food was 5 star. We shared some sort of potato puff and mango salad. Both delicious. I got the salmon in green curry. Spot on. Seasoned perfectly. Service was friendly and prompt. Wasn't cheap. A bit pricey for the neighborhood. At least the food was real good. If you are in the area. Give it a try. Btw. I tasted the duck. Not my go to. But if you like duck. It was a tasty treat

Whatever playlist they were also bumping was on point. For appetizers we ordered the chive pancakes and curry puffs (both unpictured). The chive pancakes were tasty, but the size was criminal. The appetizer is composed of four triangles of pancake. The dimensions are about 1" x 1" x 1". I just think the value was terrible because it was literally two bites. So I wouldn't order this again. I think it would make more sense to order an additional entree and split it lol. The curry puffs weren't bad either. The appetizer also came with four pieces. I must say--the curry puffs at Noodle Fan (also on Staten Island) are better. I found Chang Nois to not be as flavorful. Usually I can plow through 4-6 of them at Noodle Fan in minutes, but I didn't find myself wanting any additional puffs at Chang Noi. The entrees were pretty good. I got the drunken noodle with chicken. My lady got some curry which she loved. I'd return to the restaurant. Nice vibe. Pretty good food!
While on some work travel, I wanted to check out the view at sunset from the Staten Island ferry. On the other side, I found a minor league baseball game going on (with a great view of the Manhattan skyline!), and then grabbed dinner at this well-rated Thai restaurant within walking distance from the ferry terminal. It was a great choice. The ambience is nice, and staff were friendly. They have a bar with some seats, as well as a handful of intimate tables. I had the chef's special Duck curry. I'm not a huge duck fan, but decided to give it a try. It was fried with a bit of crisp on the outside, and a soft and slightly fatty center. I'm still not a huge fan of duck, but this was the best I've had. The curry had great flavor, and came with basil leaves, various vegetables, etc. This was a great experience, and I'd recommend it.

The food was excellent. We shared calamari and springs rolls. We enjoyed pineapple fried rice, pad see ew. The service provided by Pisa was friendly and informative. The ambiance was Thai culture which is part of the experience. I would come again. read more

We had a light dinner here before attending a performance at St George. We sampled the Tom Ka soup, which was creamy and tasted very authentic with the lemongrass and coconut milk. It had a touch of fish sauce as well. The drunken noodles was rather tasty and fresh. But the fried calamari was overcooked causing the batter and calamari to be dry. The service could have been friendlier but it was pleasant and peaceful inside. read more
This is the the only picture i took from a delivery by them once. I've dined in before, and the food is phenomenal. The noodles and thai tea is so fresh and fills you up. The delivery order is the same. Doesn't disappoint on the spice or the quality. The Best in my opinion in SI read more
If I lived nearby, I'd come here all the time. Top-notch all-star Thai food served at this quaint, unassuming spots. One of the best pad Thais I've had in ages - the perfect mix of sweet and savory and hearty and ugh, so good! Their larb gai salad is the best I've had. It's right by the ferry, so even if you grab a meal here real quick and hop back on, it's worth it. read more

I came here for dinner on a Saturday night with a group of 4 people since I went to Empire Outlets and the Winter Lantern Festival earlier. The place was pretty crowded so we sat near the kitchen and not in the main dining room. We ordered the duck roll appetizer, the curry puffs appetizer, the massaman curry, the squid with mixed vegetables, the basil fried rice, and the pineapple fried rice. The curry puffs were the best thing since it was flavorful and the shell was crispy. The dishes were all a bit bland. The service was rather slow and it took a while for anything. Also, the waitress confirmed our order multiple times but still brought my friend the wrong order. The food was okay but because of the service, I wouldn't go out of my way to come here. read more
Stopped in here after attending an event in the area. The restaurant was pretty empty. Only two tables were occupied. The staff was very friendly and we were able to order quickly. Also received the food pretty quickly. We also ordered a bottle of wine that was reasonably priced. If i'm area I would definitely visit again. read more

Not only was the service incredible, but the food was out of this world. At first, I told the waiter I wasn't sure to order the chicken satay or the duck roll. Almost immediately, he said to order this. Perfectly cooked, crispy duck that blew me away from the first bite. Next the Pad Thai, I'm not gonna lie, I had the whole thing! This place was wonderful The portion will make you semi full There are limited seating So squeeze in to dine-in Can't beat that $10 lunch deal Appetizer , drink , entree for a steal The Thai ice tea was real good Shrimp spring roll put me in a great mood The drunken noodles were very spicy and yum pad Thai noodles was not enough for my tum The noodles portion was too small But for $10 this place was a good call Next time hopefully the food fills the plate So bring a partner for a date read more

This is a very authentic Thai restaurant. Came here for lunch. This place have a few tables for dine in customers. The lunch specials came with a drink, appetizer, and noodle or rice. The drunken noodle has a really good kick of heat. It was delicious. read more

They have my FAVORITE drunken noodles (and I was in Thailand for a month!) The lunch special is a great deal and comes with an appetizer and drink for like $11. Ordering online is so easy and they make it so fast. read more

Just order from this place. I got green curry, mango salad, taro desserts & lychee drink... The mango salad was absolutely horrific, smelled horrible and the mango's were even ready. Green curry wasn't even green or good. It was extremely watery. The lychee drink was in a cab & the taro was super weird but it was the only thing I really liked. I called the place to ask for a refund, a discount or a replacement for my order. The lady over the phone told me she couldn't do anything for me since I didn't dine in. She began to tell me the mangos arent in season so that's why they weren't orange or yellow. They mangos are literally pale yellow. I'm definitely coming back to speak to the order. I paid 50 bucks plus tips for the meal. SMH DONT ORDER HERE read more

There is no ATM inside the location but they do accept credit and debit cards. There is also a victorystatebank with an ATM about five minute walk away from this restaurant.
