They have claimed to have called and sent emails which I did not receive any of them. I originally received a quote for multiple services that they did not uphold. After a couple of months with no luck, I had to leave a yelp review just to get a hold of the owner of which my mother had to speak with since I was deployed. Those services promised were finally provided shortly. Additionally, my fence was hit by one of their foreman with a trailer which was later fixed. I have watched them mow my lawn recently in which seems as if they were rushing to get it done, leaving tire marks in my yard, killing the grass, and not trimming my bushes. Overall, insufficient customer service and services provided!

SubjectFormal Complaint Regarding Failed Sod Installation and Unacceptable Treatment…read more Dear Diamond,I am writing this letter with an extremely heavy heart and overwhelming disappointment. I never imagined that something as simple as having sod installed could turn into such a stressful, costly, and emotionally exhausting experience. From the moment I hired your company, I trusted that I was dealing with professionals who would take pride in their work and stand behind what they install. Instead, what I received was dead sod within weeks, no accountability, and treatment that made me feel completely dismissed and disrespected as a customer. The sod that was installed at my property began dying almost immediately. I followed every instruction I was given. I watered properly. I maintained it carefully. I did everything a responsible homeowner is supposed to do. Yet within weeks, the sod was brown, dry, and lifeless. I paid good money for what was supposed to be a beautiful lawn, and instead I am now left staring at dead grass and wasted money. What hurts just as much as the financial loss is the way I was treated afterward. When I reached out for help, understanding, or even basic customer service, I was met with indifference. No one took responsibility. No one showed concern. No one offered a solution. I felt ignored, brushed off, and made to feel like my situation did not matter. This was not just a landscaping job to me. This was an investment in my home. I trusted your company. I budgeted for this project. I believed your promises. And now I am left feeling taken advantage of and deeply upset.I am not someone who enjoys writing complaint letters. I work hard for my money, and when I spend it, I expect honesty, quality, and professionalism. What I received was the exact opposite.I am asking you to please take responsibility for this failed installation and the way this situation has been handled. I deserve a lawn that is alive, healthy, and properly installed -- not dead sod that became an eyesore within weeks. This entire experience has been heartbreaking, stressful, and financially painful. I sincerely hope that you will do the right thing and make this situation right.I look forward to your response.Sincerely
