Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. It's not always about what someone does, but also what they don't do and whether they have integrity or not. Actions speak louder than words.

He should have been out here this week and decided to drop us instead. Going 18 days without getting our lawn mowed and then having to reach out to him to get it done is ridiculous. Rest assured, when it came time to only mow once a month, that was it!! If something doesn't go his way, he packs up his mower and goes home.
