Left stumps unfinished, and yard mess. Had additional work to get done, and they did not show up on they day they set up appointment and there was no call or communication to give us heads up. Good luck to have them honor appointments they set up, or answer your calls once they have left and you have paid them. Don't pay until you inspect very carefully what they have done and approve it. Expect nothing in terms of them fixing all aspects that need to be re-done properly or your property replaced or fixed. They will tell you "it happens". Had to get water pipe repaired after they left... didn't realize it was broken till after they left as it was storming and pouring rain when they left and several days after. Disappointed in post job treatment/ non service from them after ongoing calls, emails and texts to them, nada, crickets. However, they will call you and be in touch when they want to get paid. These guys are certified arborists and their priorities seem to be: 1) keeping your trees healthy, 2) allowing wind to move through the trees to make them safer in hurricanes, and 3) keeping the shape visually pleasing. What they do is a science and they are not going to over-trim your trees or damage them. They have great equipment, are fully insured and are nice to work with. They arrive when they say they will and clean up after themselves. Are they expensive? I don't know as I didn't get any other estimates. However, I had no tree damage from Hurricane Milton - my neighbor spent $10k on cutting and removing downed trees from his roof, fences and yard.
