They have claimed to have called and sent emails which I did not receive any of them. I originally received a quote for multiple services that they did not uphold. After a couple of months with no luck, I had to leave a yelp review just to get a hold of the owner of which my mother had to speak with since I was deployed. Those services promised were finally provided shortly. Additionally, my fence was hit by one of their foreman with a trailer which was later fixed. I have watched them mow my lawn recently in which seems as if they were rushing to get it done, leaving tire marks in my yard, killing the grass, and not trimming my bushes. Overall, insufficient customer service and services provided!

I was out of town during the storm and when I called them based off a recommendation to help board my windows they showed up at my house within a couple hours to assist. On top of this, they just started doing my lawn (mowing, trimming, edging) and do a fantastic job. They offered support and help with my pool netting that was blown out from the hurricane as well and debris clean up. Everything is handled in a timely fashion from what I can see so far, fair pricing and the response time is amazing. He fixed the issue Dow which seemed to be a fair amount. They said I had to pay cash because their credit card machine was broke. Not professional, shame on me! Both sides of the pipes we repaired leaked hours later. I called.... no response. I emailed.... no response. I text.... I did get 1 response saying he would be here in the morning. I'm still waiting on him. I called..... again, no response. Horrible! Again, I should have not paid cash and asked for a professional company. I would not recommend going through this. My review is for Brian and the gang from Riverview. They are great! I have had flawless service from Precise (of RIVERVIEW) for 5 years and my son who previously owned this house equally praised them. I would recommend and have recommended Precise and Brian to others.

It's not just the 10-15 minutes it takes to walk over my grass with lawn mower, as I originally assumed. Trimming plants. Blowing leaves. Bagging leaves. Bagging grass. Edging. Clearing the sidewalks. Etc. etc. etc. It takes so much time, and I was beginning to dread my weekends because that was the only time I had to take care of everything. Thank the sweet Lord above that fellow Yelper, Cassie G, introduced me to Amzil Lawns, who happen to live in my neighborhood. It's an absolute crime against humanity that I forgot to ever submit my review for these life savers. I have been a grateful customer since day 1, and will never lose sight of the awesome work that they do. I'm currently moving to another part of town, but I am crossing my fingers that they will follow me over there :) They recently even begun taking credit card payments, which is absolutely worth the $3 surcharge.
