This Chanel is located inside the Heathrow Airport which is located pretty close to Harrods. The inside of the store is pretty small but they had a lot of variety inside. At the time I came here which was mid afternoon, there was only one more other person looking around. Plenty of staff members and if anything I think it is way too many. But maybe on a busier day, they will be needed. I recently bought some earrings, a card holder and also a wallet on chain bag. They had plenty of different options from light to dark colors. If they don't have the bag that you are looking for, it's not going to hurt you to ask. Service was very quick and fast compared to the normal stores outside of the airport. But it might not have everything in this store so be aware. If your looking for a very specific bag I would say to call first and also call the regular stores too! read more

If you have time and money to burn while at Heathrow, then you should check out Chanel. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy anything but I knew that if I bought it at the airport, it would be duty-free aka no taxes. If you're a bag aficionado, then you know darn well that taxes can break your wallet as much as anything. When faced with this little dilemma I didn't hesitate. The sales associate was helping another customer while I was looking around. I was pretty much nonexistent until I asked about the bag she was showing someone else. From then on, she was attentive and very nice. The price was reasonable considering the exchange rate and I was able to purchase something unique and duty-free. She offered to pack it up with the gift box but since I was taking it on as a carry-on, I opted to just take the gift bag. The overall experience was very pleasant. read more

I read several other reviews on the great "value" of this store. It didn't take me long enough to be greeted by Katerina, a new sales associate, at the store. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by two SA's and Katerina went out of her way to make sure I saw that every item I wanted to try on and question was answered and given a try. I basically saved over 1500 ++ USD on the bag purchase, plus as a bonus it was duty-tax free. I was deciding between a navy, rose/ivory and a burgundy Chanel New Medium/Large BOY handbag. They all had gold hardware and were in Lambskin. They didn't have any caviar leather in stock ( which I desperately wanted instead) I ended up with the burgundy. I couldn't be anymore "pleased". While they may not have your classics, such as the 2.55 etc, they have an amazing selection from clothes, shoes, handbags, jewellery, sunglasses, watches, etc. I will definitely be going back again. If any of you do go, ask for Katerina. She's amazing and very knowledgable. The handbag was a present from the staff in which I worked for feverishly all week.I'm super happy and love my new handbag a lot. Katerina is the BEST!!! Thank you for all your help yesterday... I must have spent at least 1.5 hours in this shop inside Terminal 3 at Heathrow. She was extremely patient. She had packed my bag well and then since I was carrying it on the plane in my suitcase, I still wanted all the trimmings you get at the boutique. She packed the gift boxes flat, showed me how to place them together and gave me all the trimmings in a separate bag to be carried on the plane. Why does Chanel have a knack in hiring the absolute worst sales people of all time? They are cold, rude and despicable. I found a pair of shoes I liked and asked to try them on. The sales person looked distraught- as if she expected me to buy them without trying them on. I sat down, put one foot in and stood up to TRY THEM ON and the salesperson asked me if I wanted to buy them and then stuck out her hand as if asking me to take them off and hand her the shoe. My foot had not been in the show for 4 seconds and she demanded a decision. I hadn't taken a step, I hadn't tried the other foot - nothing! She demanded a decision immediately. My husband told her we are certainly not buying anything from her and we left. What a disgrace to this brand. read more

Chanel Heathrow- I was served by a very nice lady but I forgot her name. I had the item reserved and the lady I was served by was excellent. She had the item prepared. I brought the Card Holder which was £230, I saved £50 as in London it is £280. Everything was well presented. Although the boutique was small, I highly recommend going to this Chanel boutique as you get at least £50 saving and the SA's were really helpful. read more

I had seen a really nice Chanel brooch on the website that I eager to buy and thought of getting it duty-free at the Chanel shop at Heathrow in terminal 3. It was by far the worse experience I had. As many have already said, the salespeople in that shop are among the worse -- they were lazy (just standing around giving hostile glances), clueless (gave me wrong information), horrendously rude and completely off-putting. When I showed one of the sales persons the web link to the brooch, she first said that there was line and that she was helping someone else and could not answer me. I have to go and stand at the back of the line (when there was no line and the other couple was just conversing among themselves rather than actually buying anything). Even then I pursued and showed her the link. She made a really bad face and told me that it was old and outdated and it is no longer available in any Chanel store. In addition to the insulting tone, what she told me was a complete lie. On the same day when I went to the Chanel store in Dubai, I got amazing treatment and they had a fantastic collection and the brooch I wanted was right there along with tons of others. The sales person was so helpful and nice. She even helped me try the brooch on before buying. What a stark difference! Will never be going to the Chanel shop at Heathrow ever again. read more

This is an unethical staff. They are engaging in illegal activity at this location. They sold me a USED purse for thousands of dollars. I stopped at this location prior to returning to the United States. After looking and trying on the bag they disappear to the back and give your your purchased item in a Chanel box and tied with a bow. When I returned back home to the states the bag had multiple scratches on interior of the bag and markings within. Even the black linen Chanel bag holder had white spots on it. Please BEWARE of this location and do not shop here. After calling them on there status of the bag and their behavior, I was offered nothing that did not put me in a further expense. I was told to ship the bag with my own money for shipping and insurance and they "will see what they could do". Based on the ethics of this store that bag would "disappear" forever. Also Marie at this store stated "So you want a perfect bag". It was God's Will that prevented me from losing it. As if I am demanding something that millions of people worldwide don't get and except on a daily basis. These women should be prosecuted for their illegal activity. Please DO NOT shop at this store. I am seriously considering buying a ticket back to London for this sole purpose. I am now even questioning the authenticity of this bag. read more
