If I could give Chandler a 10 star rating, they would more than earn it! We recently had roof damage after storms moved through our area. In 4 distinct areas Chandler roofing went well above and beyond in providing superior service. First, within 2 hours of my phone call, the OWNER was out to put a tarp and make temporary repairs to the roof. With the number of homes damaged, he personally came out because his team was out helping other homes impacted by the storm. Second, Chandler roofing offered to be on site when the insurance adjusters were there. As someone with extremely limited knowledge of roofs, this was incredibly reassuring! Third, Chandler roofing contacted our insurance adjuster directly to coordinate the time to inspect the damage. As someone with a very busy schedule, this was a stress reliever and, quite frankly, a relief! Chandler provided photos from the storm and pointed out the areas of damage. Fourth, the adjuster was out on a Wednesday and our new roof was installed less than one week later. One. Week. Later. And, it would have been within 2 days had I not been deciding which color of roof to use. We recently had work done by Chandler Roofing and Construction and couldn't be more thrilled with the work they did! Unfortunately, we had a bad storm hit our area. I didn't realize we had damage until a Chandler representative stopped by and inspected our entire home. I'm glad he did because he said we not only had wind and hail damage to our shingles but also hail damage to our gutters, fascia, and siding. I had never filed a claim before so I appreciated how Chandler went over the entire claim process from the adjustment to the work being done if approved. The adjuster from our insurance company met with Chandler and agreed with his assessment of the damage! Chandler did our roof, gutters, fascia, and siding. I pretty much have a brand new looking house and couldn't be more thrilled! Before the storm we had some leaking in a certain part of our roof. We had it repaired from other contractors but none of the repairs held up. It has been a few months now since we had our repairs done and we have no issues in that area! The crew was very polite and respectful of our property. When they were done I couldn't tell they were even there!! The clean up was outstanding and I have yet to find a nail. This is the second time we have used Chandler roofing. Once again they did not disappoint!!!!! WOW!!!!! We had hail damage a few years back on our roof and they did an amazing job. We sold our house bought a new one, we needed some siding work done on our new home. They were responsive, once again we listened to what they said, the advise on the best way to have them repair the siding. We were not able to be home when they arrived, the job was so professional I didnt even realize it was completed until I checked the parts I had in my garage. They matched the seams perfectly, cleaned up everything around the area, They even moved storage bins back to the original location. My partner and I highly recommend Chandler Roofing! First of all, their call-back time was within the same day! We've had a difficult time with service businesses calling us back so this was refreshing. Their salesman/estimator came out and spent a long time discussing our storm damage and then worked very hard to get our roof approved by our insurance agency. We had called another contractor and he came out and didn't seem that motivated to get our claim approved. We are so happy we hired Chandler Roofing because the work was excellent, the clean up was amazing and the workers were so friendly. We cannot recommend this company enough. We had Chandler Roofing and Construction complete work from a storm. This company was one of the best contractors we have ever worked with. They showed up quickly, they met with the insurance adjustor when we could not, and they took the time to explain the adjustor estimate to us so we could see the damage and how they would fix this. Their workers showed up when they said they would, kept my yard and my neighbors yard clean while they worked everyday and they actually finished ahead of schedule.
