Throughout our project, he went far beyond what would be considered great customer service. Their pricing is competitive, but the kind of attention, care, professional knowhow, and individualized feedback Tony offered was extraordinary. In fact, they could charge more just because the kind of attention they offer to their customers is in a league of its own (and we really shopped around for weeks!) Tony has many years of experience heading landscape projects, but has switched to the supplier side in order to save his back. He is a master craftsman and an artist. I highly recommend just giving Tony a phone call so you can see what I mean; within one minute of talking to Tony, you will get a sense of what a genuinely kind person he is, but also how knowledgeable he is, and his passion for what he does will leave you feeling inspired and empowered. When he personally delivered some of our stone to our house, he spent a good hour chatting with us, offering advice on-site on exactly how to proceed. Using the tools I had available, he taught us techniques for shaping stone and tricks for how to construct the wall soundly but also beautifully. I will be giving The Landscape Store all of my business in the future and will recommend them to friends and family in the years to come. What a great experience from an extraordinary small business!
