When they arrived to do the work, Curtis made sure to walk me through everything they were doing and how the job was going. By the time he and his team left, you would never know there were here, except the fence was good as new! I would recommend C Stone Landscaping to anyone looking for landscape improvement or maintenance. It's a pleasure doing business with a company that cares about your project as much as you do.

I wish we would have hired them in the first place. If you are building a deck I can not recommend them more. They started on time and completed principal construction in just a few days. They were good at communicating and letting us know where the project stood and what still needed to be done. They even arranged for a city inspector to come out right before the city shut down for COVID. The few punch list items I found were addressed promptly and without complaint. Highly Recommended.

They have all the equipment to reconfigure the hill but also experience to guide our decision making. We decided on three tiers or terraces. November finish time meant we waited till spring while we made decision on plantings and yard art. Grab this team before they are reserved out too far. It was a real pleasure working with them and now looking at the end product. I will post pictures of their work. Landscapes, walls, terraces, patio floors friedrichlandscape@gmail.com

He is a great and timely communicator and a competent designer. He listened to our wants and needs including reusing as many of the original pavers as possible to reduce waste. Landscaping is not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. Villa delivers on their promises and is worth the price.

Ever since I gave them kind and honest feedback about their lack of management on my job leading to those plants being lost, they have done everything possible to avoid fixing costly mistakes they left that were never part of the project scope to begin with. TL;DR: Villa doesn't know the difference between nutrient dense seeding soil used for planting grass seed and plants versus dirty landscaping fill with pulverized stone and gravel used for leveling landscaping, grading and creating the foundation for hardscapes - in case you're confused, one kind grows stuff and the other doesn't, yet these experts who've been in business for 30+ years seem to have no clue about this difference. To cosign another reviewer, "I have never encountered such a poorly managed job. They did a job done, but it came with a lot of stress and distress and disappointments. Please use another company."

He said they looked like they were "wrapped by my 4 year old grandkid." There was a leak on my porch roof twice during and right after construction and was told to move the A/C out of that window. They had me work with a door installer who told me box store doors were cheap and he doesn't install them but when it came time to install the door they gave me a cheap one from Menards that wouldn't lock. The person who installed it told me to go buy a new spring and lock for it. They left the siding around the door cut unevenly and unpainted and said they would come back for that and to install a new lock. I gave up on arguing over the cheap door. They never came back. They left garbage on my lawn twice and killed a bunch of my plants that never grew back. I got one B.S. line after another. They did fix some things after I pushed but didn't follow through on the rest. Really disappointed.

Do not use this company unless you have a very basic roof, and even then don't go with this company…read moreas they do not stand behind their work. Our roof was done sloppily with collateral damage to the dormers that caused a leak. They claim that there is nothing wrong with the roof itself and therefore they do not have responsibility for the leak, and because the leak only occurs with heavy storms with wind, the leak cannot be caused by the roof. However, this leak did not exist prior to their work on the roof. Basically stay away, they are not to be trusted to stand by their work.
