    We applied for a unit at this property because it is advertised as a smoke-free community. We…read moreselected a previously privately-owed unit and paid the application and $250 administrative fee before being informed that the previous tenant had been a smoker. We were not allowed to view the specific unit prior to applying. The smoking issue was only uncovered after our application was approved, and several days later when we were finally able to view the unit. There was still an incredibly noticeable smoke odor present throughout the entire unit. Management acknowledged the issue and offered remediation and vendors to treat the unit several days after our approval when we first were able to see the unit (thankfully before we signed a lease). While we appreciate those efforts, we were not comfortable moving into a unit with lingering smoke due to health concerns and the risk of the odor returning ESPECIALLY in a property marketed as SMOKE-FREE. Had this information been disclosed before applying, we would NOT have applied for the unit. Despite this, management refused to refund the $250 administrative fee, citing a 72-hour policy, even though the critical information that impacted our decision was not disclosed until after that window had passed. We requested escalation to upper management, and the situation ultimately ended in an unpleasant phone call with Elle, which added to the frustration. It's disappointing because the property itself had some potential; however, transparency and disclosure matter, especially when health and safety are involved. Future applicants should ask very direct questions, insist on viewing the exact unit before applying, and get all disclosures in writing.

I asked if I could get paint from the maintenance team to go over any spots that needed repainting (there was only one about a couple of inches big in the entire apartment). I also asked what I needed to do to clean and not be charged and she said that as long as everything looked clean I'd be fine. I spent 4 long days cleaning the apartment from top to bottom. Charges after move out? $400 for paint and $150 for "cleaning." Lumiere is a scam. I have called MULTIPLE times to request photos and evidence backing up these charges and they have ghosted me in spite of me leaving messages and talking to Samuel. No one has called me back to provide an explanation, and now I'm looking at a bill in collections because I have refused to pay this amount since they told me I wouldn't have to pay anything for cleaning as long as my apartment "looked clean." When I moved into Lumiere, I found hair caked into the bathroom cabinets that had been landlord-specialed spray painted over, including pubes! Also could never get the hair that was painted over off the baseboards in one of the rooms. And now they are charging me for cleaning and leaving the place in better condition than when I moved into it! Lumiere is a joke. Look elsewhere for "luxury."

It seems to be quite organized in the office because the property is ran where it appears that things are done according to processes and schedules. I just moved from a place that was poorly managed. I lived there for three months and was able to get out of my lease because I received charges for amenities but was never provided access to them and the property manager didn't want to provide a credit. This is a clear breach of a rental lease, and the judge granted me the ability to move, and I am so glad that I did. I have only been here for a month, but it is so cozy. My floor plan is very versatile as it's a closed concept but where I would have others over, it's pretty open (kitchen, living room and dining room). I love everything about this place other than the fact that I live on the 3rd floor. That's not their fault, just my preference would have been to be on the second floor. They have internet that comes with your apartment, vivint and security alarms on the doors...the pool area is something out a resort magazine. It's so pretty and comfy. Definitely one of my favorites in good old Chandler, Arizona!

I rented right across the pool where I can watch my kids from my patio if they were at the pool. It was very convenient for me with the location I picked. The office stuff are friendly, very welcoming and reliable. This location is in Chandler, Arizona Ave and Queen Creek nearby Hamilton High School. This apartment was worth every penny I paid for. 24/7 amenities and very luxury with community garden, pet park, fitness, activities and more. Liv like no other really stand for that! I love living there and I enjoyed all the fun things you can do. I highly recommend Liv for easier living.

She even had the audacity to contact our realtor from 4 years ago and destroyed that relationship. She is petty and a poor excuse for a real estate agent. Despite being an "FHA expert", she cost us the possible bid war of a home we dearly wanted by talking us down our offer price. In turn, she told us the second home on our list was fairly priced. One property was an exact floor plan but had no neighbors behind the property. She quoted it sold for $10k more than it actually did. Our offer was only $4k less than the supposed sale of the other property. She said it was a good deal. We didn't feel right when we made the offer and when we wanted to cancel, she held the cancellation paperwork hostage demanding we needed to come to her office. We've contacted the title company, listing agent [who she worked with 7 years prior and never mentioned the conflict of interest], our mortgage broker, her boss as we have zero confidence in her to do the right and ethical processing, and begrudgedly, her. We are covering our hinies as to not lose our earnest money of $3000. This woman has destroyed a relationship with someone we knew over 4 years due to her immaturity and pettiness. She didn't send the necessary paperwork until the 9th night knowing we have 10 days to cancel despite promising to send for electronic signatures 3 days prior. Her attitude was my husband could take off work [he works 13 hour shifts] and I could haul my 101 degree fevered child into her office. She stated she will not process the paperwork unless we show up. We have no obligation to go to her office, she just wants to berate us as she has in her text messages. I will follow up and let you know if her boss stepped up to do her job or if both are incompetent. She also has some fashionista twitter page. It also reflects her immaturity despite being a middle aged woman. She also referred us to Bell Mortgage to a guy who stated our broker at Academy Mortgage was a liar and a sham. He was proven he knew nothing about corporate relocations and that he was in fact inept. GIna still refers this guy to other clients - we heard her over the phone [she talks loudly] stating the guy was highly competent. AGAIN, BEWARE AND AVOID.
