His thoroughness, attention to detail, compassion, and outstanding bedside manner truly stood out to me. He took the time to listen, was attentive to my concerns, and made me feel that my health and well-being genuinely mattered. I have visited this ER multiple times in the past, and although I have had one experience that wasn't the greatest, this visit stood out above all the others. I also want to recognize every single staff member who played a part in my care. I sincerely wish I had gotten everyone's names, from the patient care specialists at the front window to the nurses, technicians, and everyone working behind the scenes in the treatment area. What impressed me most was witnessing how well everyone worked together. From coordinating laboratory work to imaging and everything in between, I could see the teamwork, communication, and dedication. Everyone took their responsibilities seriously while still treating patients with kindness, dignity, and respect. Yes, there was a long wait, but I also understand that emergency departments are busy and that patients have different levels of urgency. As someone who lives with chronic pain, I don't seek emergency care lightly. By the time I arrived, I had exhausted my other options and genuinely needed help. What meant the most to me wasn't just the medical care I received, but the compassion and understanding shown throughout my visit. Living with chronic pain can be incredibly challenging, and having a medical team that truly listens, takes my concerns seriously, and treats me with kindness and respect means more than I can express. To Dr. Herman Lee and the entire team, thank you for your dedication, your kindness, and for being there for me when I needed you the most. Then another Doctor performed an eye ultrasound. They sent me home and said they didn't see any problems. I waited a couple of weeks to get a basic eye exam, and that's when they discovered my issue was Hypertensive retinopathy. Chandler Regional billed me 6k and the doctor 1k, and they were all pretty much useless at figuring out why my right eye had blind spots. This is what our health care is coming to. You can't even go to the Emergency Room and get answers, but they will still bill you a ton of money.

He is probably one of the kindest, most understanding and sincere doctors I have seen in a long time. His bedside manners are fantastic, I never feel rushed and I always feel like he cares about making me feel heard. His MA is wonderful, they are always super friendly and helpful. As for Village Medical as a facility - this place needs a lot of help. Trying to communicate with a provider is difficult. You cannot call the office directly, you send a message it takes days to get a reply. You use the chat or call the help line and it takes days for you to get some type of a reply from anyone. The answer is always "we will get back to you in a week." Sometimes a week is a very long time when you have a pressing issue. There is certainly a disconnect between the patient and provider. It is all corporate and help desk. When I get feedback from my pharmacy that I need a pre-authorization, or there is a question, it takes about a week to get any type of resolution because you cannot communicate with the office directly. If it was not for the fact that I like my doctor so much I would leave this place. Finding a good doctor is very tough. I just wish this place would get it together.

Dr. Anita Koszyk-Szewczyk was overrun by patients, so the NP saw me. She was confident, courteous and efficient. His office is very close to both of the places I lived for the past 20 years. Knowing the blood system and all the things around that, he has really helped me through some dark days. The office folks are very helpful too, just knowing how he prefers to care for his patients, they make it easy for all of us. I'm thankful I did not have to go into the hospital on his watch, although I'm sure that would have been really easy for him to adjust. Just this year, the type of care that I had was concerning a mild medically-induced stroke. Again, I can't say good enough things about Dr. Kellogg.

My appointment went quick and they were nice, except I didn't get any care instructions what so ever. I was told it was a sprain and not broken, given a wrap for my foot, and then lead out and discharged. I was offered crutches but a boot wasn't mentioned, I ended up borrowing from a friend. I never even talked to a doctor, just the nurses or techs that took my blood pressure and took the x ray images and then some instructions on the discharge paper that printed out with my receipt. I was already out at the front desk when I got the discharge instructions but a doctor or nurse didn't review them with me so I didn't have the opportunity to ask any questions.

From day one they have treated me like family. They are very involved with their patients and it really makes you know you're in great hands. The staff is fantastic! They always have on smiling faces and you can tell they all really enjoy their jobs and their patients. Dr. Thomas and the girls in the procedure room really put me at ease every time I'm in. I can tell they take pride in ensuring everything is sterile and pristine for every procedure. Marisa is also great!
