He is an incredibly efficient and frank communicator who would provide you with all the information you are required to know as well as the vaccines, and the very delivery of the Report itself in a matter of just a few days, in a sealed envelope which, you as a Green Card applicant are required to submit with your I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status. Your blood and urine samples are also collected by conversationally supportive nurses who act as literal catalysts towards the finalization of the time of your visit, making it super comfortable and STEADILY FAST for you! The time of my permanent residence application to the USCIS was in 2020 when the pandemic caused a delay in the USCIS's processing times which quite unfortunately resulted in a letter that I have received from them, letting me know that my initial I-693 was already outdated by the time they started with the processing of my application and so, I was asked to RENEW & RESEND IT; which at first felt frustratingly burdensome, as you would agree!.. ...however, once I paid a re-visit to Dr. Simon Lee's super efficient office, he concluded everything literally with the speed of LIGHT, which eventually MADE ME FEEL GRATEFUL - ONE MORE TIME - FOR HAVING CHOSEN HIM for the delivery of that particular service to myself and thus, the USCIS. Thank you Dr. Simon Lee and HIS entire office & lab staff.

Both of them thoroughly answer all of my questions even if it takes quite some time with them in the office. The staff is not only professional, but also very sweet and kind, and I always feel welcomed. I also love the fact that they are very cautious and particular with spacing the patients out for adequate time for the safety of us and them selves during covid times. Recently my daughter had Covid and of course as a new parent I was extremely worried and honestly I was freaking out! I called during a time when Dr. Wong was not in the office. I had reached their answering service and had told the woman on the phone that I really needed to speak with him and if he could call me as soon as he was available. To my surprise, Dr. Wong called me quite soon after and walked me through all of the steps I needed to take in taking care of my little one and what to look out for. Thankfully, my daughter got through Covid and is totally recovered and fine. All thanks to Dr. Wong for helping me through such a scary time. I've been to doctor's offices in which I've felt very rushed, and seem to only get 5 minutes before the doctor is out the door, and so have been so happy with One Medical Group. In addition, the space itself feels as though you've entered a spa, with natural light pouring in, a flask of water in the waiting room and friendly, helpful people at the front desk who are always on top of the insurance companies, advocating to make sure they will cover a procedure. Best Doctor Ever!!!…read more I have had the best care by Dr. Nadella. She is the first Doctor that actually listen to me. She gives a personal touch to her practice. She always gets back to me and is available to answer my questions. I am against the western medicine mindset to prescribe drugs to fix the symptoms but not actually address the illness.... and cure the problem, SHE actually recommend a holistic Doctor for me to go see! Can you believe that! She listen and prescribed what I believe in. She allowed me to do a natural approach first. We agreed if it did not give us the results were were looking for we would discuss other methods of treatment. Dr. Nadella, during my appointment gave me information to help me on my road to healing my body. I am not talking about handing me one or two pamphlets and rushing me out the door. She gave me information that she had researched on her own and had put together for her patients to use. She also asked me what had been working for me and what Websites that I go to for my information. She was gathering information from me to possibly help her other patients. I LOVE this! I've found One Medical useful for basic, transactional care - telehealth prescription renewals, UTI…read moretreatment/lab scheduling and convenient bloodwork for things like cholesterol. However, I would not recommend them for anything more. Unexpected Billing. I recently went in for a single annual physical. During the appointment I mentioned that a UTI previously treated through One Medical had not fully resolved and asked about another antibiotic. One Medical then billed an additional office visit at $549, on top of the annual physical. I was never told during the appointment that briefly addressing this issue would result in a second office visit charge. I have contacted One Medical to dispute this charge and despite multiple messages, have not received any response. What is worse, the antibiotic prescribed 1. Did not work 2. Was Bactrim, which I later learned is associated with an increased risk of certain birth defects including neural tube and heart defects when taken early in pregnancy (I was in my first trimester). None of these pregnancy-specific risks were discussed with me. Unnecessary testing / poor diagnostic experience. A few years ago, I developed Dupuytrens contracture, including the characteristic puckering in my palm. It was obvious what it was. I asked for a referral to a specialist, but the One Medical provider repeatedly told me that it was likely a callus, because of my age and race. She recommended an ultrasound and reassured me that it would be inexpensive because it was performed in-house. I was charged $700. When the ultrasound did not support the callus diagnosis, she then recommended an MRI and continued to reject my request for a referral.
