Paul talked me through how to diagnose the issue over the phone to see if the issue was with the fridge or with the circuit itself. Upon finding out that the issue was with the fridge, Paul advised me to contact an appliance tech instead of charging me to come out in person to do the diagnosis. Finding an honest, ethical contractor is hard. I'm so thankful to have found Paul and look forward to working with him for many years to come. Thanks again Paul!

I have an older house so it could've been anything... Paul was able to squeeze me in towards the end of the day due to a cancellation, so I can tell that he takes care of new customers just as well as existing. He was so communicative and honest with what he was doing, I actually learned a lot! After a couple hours he deemed that the wiring and circuit to the fridge was just fine and that the issue is probably the fridge itself (which is unfortunate, but at least he didn't have to tear my wall apart!). I will say that the fees were a little more than other electricians I saw, but given the quality, communication, and overall great experience, it's well worth it! I will be using Dependable Electric again whenever I have electrical issues!

Also had an additional outlet added in closet for the cordless vacuum and an additional outlet box on the exterior for the irrigation system. Very professional and did everything up to Code. Added the latter 2 jobs above by accessing thru crawl space using a general circuit instead of a dedicated Kitchen circuit that would have been easier and less work. We also appreciated the care with using "booties" that came on and off every single time they had to step in and out of our home. I would very highly recommend them and will definitely use them for the future!!!!

Russ and his crew arrived shortly after. We had a quick review of the scope of work, finalized locations, discussed routing of wiring. Russ immediately set work and got the new panel in place. His two helpers arrived a little later and worked all day. They were courteous and hard working. They finished up everything and by 5pm were finished. The inspector arrived late afternoon and passed the work. Everything was tidied up and fully operational by 6 pm. I would highly recommend them. We are looking forward to hiring them again to continue re-wiring the house. They answered all of our questions and concerns, along with being neat, tidy, courteous and quick.

All of them were preformed very professionally and it's clear that Jacob is a very competent electrician. I also appreciated Jacob when he helped me not make big mistakes going through walls and helped come up with alternate plans for wiring in an existing house. Sunrise's pricing was below any of the big electrical/heating/cooling firms in the area. I will definitely call him first for anything in the future.

I told them that my system never kept up on hot days. They offered a bid and I thought they were totally fair on price. So we pulled the trigger. Especially helped to make my mind up as it was around 78 degrees outside the next day and the old system still didn't keep up. They gave me 2 bids and I opted for the more high efficiency bid. Jacob and Aaron arrived at the house to complete the job. My house being 100 years old, it wasn't the easiest and Jacob had to put in the O.T. to get it done. I was still skeptical that it would keep up. But this new system is actually amazing. We've already hit 90 degrees since the install and my thermostat never varied from 72 degrees where I set it. Im 100% satisfied with this company and would absolutely recommend them. Also when Aaron did the electrical, we had a light start blinking. I wasn't sure if it was from the work they did and so I called the company. Aaron came out and fixed my light and it just happened to be a random occurrence not caused by the work being done. That was going above and beyond! Looking forward to staying cool in a hot summer!!!
