Brandon Cantu and his team were awesome! Very respectful of our home and diligent. We would use them again.

Very disappointed! Champion restoration was recommended by my plumber company, and I appreciate they came right away. Xander was the person in charge and he gave me an estimate and said he needed to check on another job but would send another team to take care of the removal of the vanity in my daughter's bathroom, and put the equipment, he later return to check that the growth was removed, checked with his camera, took pictures and advised to remover the rest of the sheetrock since the growth was all the way to the ceiling. Xander said he would send a proper report with all the pictures, that was on July 28th, I did not receive the report. The equipment was removed on July 31st; my boyfriend was with the team and ask again about the report, they told him they would send it once they would get to the office - nothing was sent. I texted Xander on August 8th, he said the other team should have sent the report but that he would send once he was back to the office - this is the 3rd time I've been told I would receive a report - nothing. I texted him again and sent him my email, maybe he lost it, no reply. Today August 10th, I called the company, Jared answered and he said he would send a reminder to the mitigation coordinator; it is 5 pm and I haven't received anything and I did not receive a formal invoice for the services I paid for. There is still a small smell of growth in the bathroom, I hope it goes away, but for sure, they promise things they don't do and once paid, they couldn't care less. read more

Absolutely was pleased with the way Champion handled our flood in our home which happened the day after Thanksgiving! Their team, led by Brandon, who is absolutely phenomenal, came out within an hot and began cleaning up and drying our home out! He walked us through the whole process and even followed up afterwards to make sure we were doing ok and see if he could help us in any way. I highly recommend them and give a 10/10 rating to the crew and Brandon specifically! Office staff was also super helpful and responsive! Wonderful company! read more

Well it's time to finally write my official review of this business. The entire team from start to finish was overall excellent. Once we sent over our protocol to Champion, they were first to respond to the inquiry. Once pricing rolled into from all the others, Champion's pricing was right in the middle of the three which is always a good sign. A clear indication that have the right balance between approach, knowledge, and price. In the office you have Connie which was always very communicative. The business manager (forgot her name) was very nice also when she reached out to just talk before we signed our contract. The estimator Susan was very thorough over all the rest of the companies bc she by far spent the most time getting everything she needed while on the site visit to prepare the estimate. Nate and his helper tech were very thorough. The messed up on one little thing regarding our A/V equipment which I will get to in a second. The only reason I am leaving 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the main guy Wayne. By far a super nice guy but not the best when it comes to management in my opinion. Upon completion of the work, I made it happen to where they were able to pick up their equipment before the long weekend and was called to let me know final payment should be prompt. I questioned that but completed final payment as requested and was told it's normal. That said, when all the dust settled, we noticed that our elec equipment for our surround sound system in living room was not working properly. We troubleshooted it all weekend but could not get it working properly as it did before. We ended up calling the A/V company to come out and get it back to working properly and incurred a $139 additional service which we understood. I brought that to Wayne's attention and he said he will look into it which he did. He reported back that since the account is closed out thats pretty much it and Champion would not be able to cover the $139 fee we incurred. I let him know that was unfortunate. This is why I do not like paying the final bill until we have the opportunity to verify everything is in working order. At the very least they need to possibly revamp the final payment to 40% with a 10% retainer for things such as this. That $139 reimbursement could've possibly come out of the final 10% owed. Otherwise, I highly recommend Champion in your considerations for hiring. read more

I can't say enough good things about Champion Restoration! Nathaniel, Silas, Nathan, Doug and Wendy were wonderful to work with. Remediation can be a very stressful and overwhelming experience, but the team took excellent care of our home and were beyond respectful, courteous, thourough and extremely clean. While I hope we never have to go through a remediation protocol ever again, Champion would be my first call. 10/10 great team, great work and affordable. read more

My newly installed AC was leaking and soaked the bathroom carpet. Brandon Cantu and his crew came out, accessed the situation and had the mitigation done quickly. They were very prompt, professional and courteous. Came back when he said to collect the equipment after the drying and dehumidifying were complete. I've used Champion Restoration in the past and will continue to use them when needed. Excellent company. Thank you again, Brandon. read more

This company did provide a timely estimate, but the prices they charged were outrageous... $255 to change an air conditioning filter (as an example)? They claimed on their invoice to have cleaned rooms and items that either did not exist or were very poorly cleaned. I would avoid ever calling this company to restore your home after a fire (or any other catastrophic event to your home). Many of the light fixtures in the house were cleaned on the bottom where you can see from the floor, but when I had to remove the globe to change a light bulb, the top third of the fixture had never been touched. I was very disappointed with their services, even though my insurance company was paying the bill! I thought a small company would have been a little more attentive and honest, but apparently that is not part of their business model! read more

Chris and his team are here doing an amazing job. I called yesterday because of a water leak from a galvenized pipe and Chris came out the same day I called. Now, the following day, they are here demoing all the wet areas. They are very careful and concientious! Chris explains everything in detail and goes beyond. I would 100% definitely recommend Champions Restoration and Vhris and his team! read more

I wanted to take a moment to say that this is an honest company that stands behind their work. We had water damage in our kitchen we worked with Zayne who handled the entire process. We needed different contractors to do different things (paint, pull flooring, back splash, etc.) and he ensured that each contractor was timely. I also felt safe with the contractors in my home, and even left a few of them alone while I ran errands. Zayne was patient throughout the entire process, and in the end helped up update our entire kitchen, which is beautiful and we now LOVE. I would highly recommend Zayne and Champion Restoration. read more

I wanted to take a moment to say that this is an honest company that stands behind their work. We had water damage at one of our rental properties and these folks came out immediately that night to handle the cleanup. Additionally, they did all of the repair work. I discovered the first time I visited my rental property after that, that the carpet that had been installed was not up to par and had not been installed very well. That said, I have to give Glenn Mikeska and his team kudos for doing the honest thing and making this right for us. read more

Had a leak in the back of my dishwasher for multiple weeks and didn't find it until water started seeping through my hardwood floors. Called a plumber who found the issue and the plumber recommended this business, Champion Restoration. They came within 30min of being called, were extremely respectable, kind, and understanding of how frustrating a situation like this can be. My crew chief's name was Tyler and he had two helpers who were great! They had the mitigation stage complete within 4 days and worked with my insurance company to setup everything for construction to start. Truly appreciate Tyler's patience, willingness to flex to my schedule, answer all my questions, and his overall service. 10/10 would recommend this company! read more

We were very impressed with Champion Restoration! They came out on Father's Day to deal with a bathroom sink that flooded the bathroom and adjacent carpet. Their professionalism was reassuring. The humidifiers and fans they brought dried everything out, and we quickly got back to normal. They even helped me move the furniture back in place. read more

Extremely dissappointed. The workers came out and did an extremely efficient, although expensive, demo of the area damaged by a leaky pipe. They installed dryers and dehumidifiers. Once the storm came to Houston, their facilities flooded so they could not pick up their equipment as promised. That was not an issue, but when they did pick it up, they did not provide an estimate and begin repairs as promised. I called requesting an estimate to include a schedule. Once I received the estimate, it had a lot of extra line items that did not pertain to my situation such as debris removal (paid for that the week prior) and moving furniture (there is no furniture in that area of the house). No schedule estimate was provided. I contacted the company again asking for a schedule and an updated estimate. Their response on schedule was "sometime in the next two weeks." When I requested something more solid that I could plan around, I received no response. They never sent an updated estimate either. read more
