He would yell over the phone to me about my needs of my car. He would make excuses to me about why the parts weren't ready. He would cover over and over. Horrible service. I told him to put my car back together and I would tow it to the dealership. The dealership calls me and says "do you know you have transmission gears in the back of your car?" And I was floored. Champions Certified Car Care is not a place to go to for help. He kept making excuses because he didn't know how to fix my car and left gears in the back of my car. When the dealer called him and asked "why didn't you just tell him he needed a new transmission" the owner said "well I thought of that". Avoid this place!!!! Avoid it at all costs. Just go to your dealer. Pay the extra cost for the parts and get a warranty and peace of mind. I talked with AAA to get his AAA rating removed because nobody should go through this ever. On top of it all he said he wouldn't release my vehicle if I didn't pay $150 for a diagnostic fee when the law clearly states he can't hold a vehicle for longer than 60 days.
