In Aug of 2022 I went to see Trisha and after our talk I left with hope that I hadn't had for 2 years. It was amazing that someone who I hadn't even met before could care so much to understand me and give me hope as well as the tools to get better. I am now doing very well and have experienced 10 weeks with no depression. I have suffered with depression for my whole life and figured that all my issues were related to that. Then, a friend's mom was diagnosed in her 50's and all the symptoms sounded what I was going through myself so I figured I would find out for sure. Marie was patient, understanding, and actually listened to what I had to say. I was pretty nervous about even going and even more nervous about the idea of getting medication. I took about a million assessments and went over a lot with her and it turns out I do have ADHD. She explained all my options with treatment and how everything would work. It took a little trial and error over about 3 months to find the right medication and right dosage but the entire time she was adamant that we do what I was comfortable with. Being nervous about medication, I want small dosages to increase over time. She listened to me! And then when it was time for a large increase, I wasn't too thrilled but she explained WHY it would beneficial and what to expect but it was still my choice. It sounds super cheesy but Marie Anderson changed my life. No joke, being 100% serious. She took the time to really listen to me and find out what was going on and what the best treatment for me would be. My entire quality of life has dramatically improved. I'm not saying she is some miracle worker and obviously I had an amazing experience and you might not but if you are at that point where you think medication or supplements or even just being formally diagnosed could help you, this is the place- they sure as hell have helped me.

I have to admit that my experience with Deborah was around 2008, but it never left me. I was…read morestruggling with conflict with my daughter, who had been admitted to a prestigious school, but wanted to come home. She was having some difficulty adjusting. I was told that should kick her out of the house and let her fend for herself. (She was only 18.) When I expressed reticence, Deborah told me something to the effect of, "Well if you're not going to take my advice, I can't help you." I left and never returned. I would never let a therapist bully me. I'm glad that others have had better experiences than I did.

When I told her what it it was I said I should've asked first if they took that insurance and she told me "we sure don't." That was the end of the first call and she never said whether they were full or accepting new patients. No problem there. After speaking to my mother who told me I told the woman on the phone the wrong name for the insurance I went to call back and let them know the correct one this time and to see if they were accepting new patients since it wasn't answered the first time. When the same girl zoey picked up, I said "Hello are you accepting new patients?" I didn't even get the chance to say my name yet and she replied "yeah you called earlier, I spoke to you earlier and told you everyone is full." I was taken back by how rude she was and explained I was calling back to let them know my correct insurance. The woman on the phone was very rude. I don't care that they're full because I would not want to be a patient with a place who employs a woman who thinks it's okay to act like that when someone is calling to get information about seeking the help they need. Very disappointed with the customer service. I do not recommend.
