I was referred to Gina by my primary care physician and have been seeing her for three years, first at her former location in St. Joseph and now at her (really convenient) location at the Pines in Urbana. I first went to see her as I dealt with anxiety and (before I saw her) undiagnosed depression. She has helped me work through toxic situations at work and supports me as I make life goals and work to meet them. I'm really glad that she is a part of this community.

I don't have insurance so they worked with me on a self pay rate that I could afford. The offices are super nice and cozy- everything is very relaxing and comfortable. My therapist is Emily Beck and she is wonderful! I love working with Emily. For me, she is a perfect fit and I think I have progressed a lot since I began seeing her. I still have a ways to go but I'm confident in her ability to help me. Everyone who works here is super friendly and caring and you can tell they really care about their clients and want to help them.

The BEST place to go for Alcohol Evaluation and Counseling. I checked with several other places…read moreand they didn't have consistent group meetings and treated me like a number and not a person (I'm a person first).... I had a lot of questions and anxiety and they were able to help me with both. The groups are also full of cool people like me in similar situations, which I appreciated. I made an appoint to drive almost 2 hours to visit a doctor who had measured and provided me…read moreorthodontic inserts over 20 years ago. He had done a WONDERFUL job. I had to track him down as he no longer was associated with any offices near me. So I called, and explained EXACTLY what I needed to his office representative. We actually went into DETAIL, as I asked can I be measured and the finished product be sent to my house? She ASSURED me this would not be a problem. Go in for appointed, doctor was GREAT, answered questions, did a basic exam. Provided me other information, all while he was extremely rushed by the BIG CARLE BIG MONEY corporation. He explained that the specific service I needed was not offered there, and he did provide me the name of a podiatrist in my area. I should have listened to my wife who though I was nuts to drive that far, but when you get a good mechanic or plumber or DOCTOR, my experience is stick with them. Bill was not small, insurance paid 90%. I got a bill for a little over $100. I opened a dispute with Carle, explained everything, said I would like that amount forgiven since I didn't get the service the phone rep had again, ASSURED me there would be no problem getting. It was placed under review, a fancy way of saying in 30-60 days we will tell you to pound sand. Sure enough about 40 days later I got a call, DENIED. So I paid the bill, you can't fight City Hall, or BIG Business, especially the evil warlords of the Medical conglomerates. But my advice, record ALL interactions on the phone with Carle phone reps, and then get a good lawyer when they bill you and do not deliver agree upon services. Normally I would never advise lawyering up, they are a whole other problem. But just as you should not take a knife to a gunfight, you should not try to stand up to Darth Carle on your own. Get a Shark!

It's definitely a place I would recommend because of the quality care and level of professionalism we encountered from start to finish. The doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and office staff all went out of their way to help us feel comfortable and continue our healing process.
