The beverage is not that really good. Too much ice. Lack of taste, No topping pn the juice. Service is good.

    Esquite. Corn in a cup.

Located in the aisle right between 5 Below and SomiSomi, Chamoy Express serves tasty Mexican snacks such as esquite (corn in a cup @ $5.56), tostilocos (chips topped with chamoy, tajin, lemon juice and a bunch of other stuff @ $6.56), chamango (aka mangonada, which is kind of like shaved ice made with mangos, chamoy sauce, tajin, and topped with a tamarind straw @ $7.16), and a bunch of other items (for more info, see the menu photo). It's kind of pricey for the stuff you can usually get at a Mexican raspado shop or elote stand, but it's in a mall so what do you expect? I'm sure their rent is higher than those places so they have to make up their costs somewhere. When I went, the service was quick and cordial. The esquite portion was a little small but the mango slush was huge. I would have rather had it the other way around, but anyways, check it out if you are cruising around Ontario Mills and get hungry for a quick bite or drink.

    Corn in a cup.

Today I was feeling hungry and got a corn in a cup from Chamoy express it was amazing I would recommend going here. They have so much more than food too. They have drinks. The service is here was amazing the ladies greeted me in a polite manners and amazing attitude I would recommend going. Their ambiance was amazing as well. Not only that but they were also quick an affection due to a busy time as well they still served me well. I will be going back next time I visit there again.

I visited the Chamoy express at Ontario mills today. The girl at the counter refused to let me try the Chamoy before I buy. I was forced to buy a bag of chips to try it. The Chamoy taste horrible. The mango flavor had no flavor in it, it was more vinegar than anything. PLUS I was charged a card processing fee of .49 cents. Passing on their fees to consumers...nice! I wouldn't have mind if the service was excellent but it was HORRIBLE! I don't recommend.

There is the food on the glass just as the gave it to us.

Water was $3.99 and they charged an extra dollar to pay by card. Literally ridiculous. Rejected the entire water

It feels like if a Chamoy place modernized into a boba shop. Try the Mazapan Horchata, it's pretty good food. The service was nice as well.

First of all, the decorations are amazing. The first thing that caught our eyes were the hanging lit up butterflies. They really make a statement. Next to them is a tree covered in Christmas lights, and next to that is a lit up aquarium looking thing. Even when I went to the restroom, I noticed that the cement floor had sparkly gold specks and something that looked like the Milky Way. As a vegetarian, I was so happy that the menu had leaf symbols so that I could quickly tell which items I could ask for without meat. The food came out fast. It felt like we had barely ordered them and the waitresses were suddenly coming out with them. The portions were huge, like my sister ordered the grande nachos and it really was grand. It looked like an appetizer that was meant to be shared with a group of people. The food tasted good. I enjoyed my meal so much that as big as it was, I devoured the majority of it and only stopped because I was too full. Towards the end, one of the employees asked if he could take away my plate and even though I knew he wasn't our waitress and it probably wasn't his job, I asked him for boxes instead. When our waitress came to our table to ask if I wanted boxes, the other employee at that moment handed us the boxes. I thought it was nice that the other employee did that for us even though he probably wasn't expected to. Overall, we had a great experience here.

Not sure why it can be labeled that. Whole beans, white rice, Poblano sauce are. Always best to ask! I had a wonderful server that double checked for me and made sure I knew that when I shared I can't have meat product in anything. Thank you so much!! It's a beautiful restaurant and food quality was great. But the menu truly needs to have transparency and accurate labeling.

The dining area is a very clean and comfortable. Once seated, an aji verde salsa and cancha was brought to the table. The cancha is a nice touch, the corn is crispy and light. I ordered the Pollo Saltado with an extra portion of rice and a Chicha Morada. The beverage was very refreshing. The meal came out quickly. The chicken was tender and well seasoned with soy without being too salty. There was a fair amount of onions and tomatoes which were stir-fried along with the meat. The fries were freshly made with a light crispy exterior and creamy interior to soak up the saltado sauce. The aji verde salsa was on the spicy side but tasted good as an accompaniment to the dish. There was plenty of sauce from the stir fry for the extra portion of rice I ordered. I plan on ordering the Lomo Saltado next time. The staff were polite and efficient. Plenty of parking in their lot. Definitely on the list for the next time I am in the area.

They give you corn nuts and a spicy sauce on the house. We tried the yuca fries which came with a cheese sauce and it was tasty. The ceviche had a perfect lime tang to it. I've only ever had Mexican ceviche so this one was different but delicious. There was sweet potato, red onion, corn and corn nuts. For the entrees, we tried the pesto pasta with beef. The pesto was a bit heavy but the beef was SOLID. So tender and flavorful especially if you drizzle the spicy sauce they give you at the start of the meal. The other dish we tried was the lomo saltado - beef with rice and fries. Also a very good option if you prefer rice/fries over pasta.

Unfortunately, there wasn't a band last Tuesday, but these things happen. Taco Tuesdays can get crowded very quickly, so I definitely recommend making reservations, especially for parties of four or more. Indoor seating fills up fast, and you may be left with outdoor seating. During hot weather, the patio can feel quite humid, and the outdoor chairs can become uncomfortable after sitting for a while.
