Friendly staff.... but you better have cash to pay for dry cleaning. Bank is a mile down the road.

This place was a bit of a hidden gem. There are tons of laundromats nearby, and we do have one at…read moreour apartment complex. However, the one on-site at our apartment complex seemed pretty dirty last time we checked, and I figured the others with tons of reviews on here were more than likely packed. So I stumbled upon this spot with only one review, but at least it was five stars, right? It's located in a pretty unassuming little strip mall right next to a gas station and convenience store, which is great if you need snacks or drinks while you're waiting for your laundry. There weren't too many people inside, but it wasn't exactly dead either - just a comfortable amount. It was quiet, and I believe there were some arcade style games inside you could play if you wanted to. The laundromat itself also had snacks and drinks for purchase. At one point, it looked like there was fire coming from the inside of the driers. Another man and my fiancé saw what I was seeing too, but couldn't explain it. We asked the head of the shop what that was about and she wasn't sure, but eventually whatever we saw died down and nothing got burnt. There was no smell of smoke or anything, so not sure what that was about. Either way, the worker was nice enough to switch our clothes out for us and put them into another machine just in case. What I really like about this location is that after you wash your clothes, the driers are free to use! Maybe this is pretty common here, but I've never seen this back home on Maui. We only spent $6.50 to wash everything together and then dried both of our loads for free. I was really happy about that. The timer is set at increments of 15 minutes, so you just have to keep resetting accordingly, but fine by me for the freebie. I'll definitely keep coming back to this location and would recommend it to anyone, as much as I'd like it to stay uncrowded.

This is my favorite coin laundry in the Doraville area. I've been to four different Doraville area…read morelaundromats. This one is clean and it smells nice. There are nice benches to sit on while you wait. There is a nice porch with benches in front, so you can relax outside if you'd like. There's a sweet Latinx bakery next door if you'd like to treat yourself. There are three machine sizes -the smallest costs $1.50 (and I can usually fit a big basket of my clothes in it - 2 weeks worth of clothes). There's also a $2.50 machine and a $3.50 machine. They have 1.5 walls full of large industrial dryers. These run for as long as you want- based on how many quarters you put in. Most of their equipment is usually in working order. I've never seen it get crowded or crazy here. There is plenty of space to lounge. Plenty of parking in the shared lot. They have three tvs- right now, one is off, one is playing soccer and the other is playing Steve Harvey's talk show. I would only be able to hear Steve Harvey if I stood right underneath the Telly. The owners seem nice- if asked, they might accommodate tv channel requests. I've never asked- it only takes 20 or so minutes for my clothes to wash here and I dry them at home. They have a change machine, but they don't mind making change at the service window. They sell washing powder and bleach and things like that in small bottles and boxes for $1-$3 each. There is a concession refrigerator which sells different soda pops and water. There are 4 video game machines, they look broken, but they are just turned off. If you ask nicely, they will cut them on for you.

The clothes dryer died, so, after consulting Yelp, found Patio Laundry has high ratings, so I took…read morethe drive there with wet clothes that needed to be dried before they started smelling funky, along with the rest of the clothes that hadn't even been washed. Came here on a Sunday evening and it was packed! The parking lot should give customers an indication whether they should stay and do their own laundry here or go elsewhere. If you can find parking, you'll most likely find laundry machines readily available. However, if you can't find parking, it'll be a while until you find open machines. The first thing that I noticed was that this laundry facility was CLEAN! It's so clean looking and smelling that I would seriously consider the five-second rule if I dropped food on the floor. When I was there, there was what looked like an attentive, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable husband and wife team of employees who were working throughout this business. Since it has been years since I stepped foot into a laundromat, I actually dreaded coming here before I experienced this business, but this is probably the nicest and best maintained laundry business I've ever been in. There are so many stainless steel, industrial grade washers and dryers, in various sizes, which means that the pricing, which is reasonable, depends on the size of the machine and any customization of the washing and drying cycles. This place could use more tables to allow customers to sort, fold and organize their clean clothes. There are many large, clean, functional and industrial grade rolling clothes baskets available to customers. I know, I know - I get thrilled seeing these baskets that can keep rolling with a heavy load of clothes (or people) in them because they have those extra strength wheels on them. Whenever the two employees saw an issue, like a wet floor, spilled laundry soap or fabric softener (wet or dry), soap residue in the machine thingies where customers add soap and other things, trash, rolling laundry baskets blocking people's paths, or anything else that needed cleaning, they immediately took care of it after seeing it. And they did it while being courteous and nice, without complaints or rolls of their eyes. These two are saints! The industrial grade washers and dryers are fast and efficient, and they don't ruin clothes or start walking off - have you ever witnessed unbalanced washers shimmying their way across the floor? Lots of light, a clean restroom (at least the men's restroom is), and vending machines (for soap, fabric softener, and bottled drinks and packaged snacks) are available here. Oh, and customers also have the option of dropping their dirty laundry off at the window and paying the employees the price per pound of clothes so that the employees wash, dry and fold their clothes. Just know that the employees also use the same washers and dryers as all the customers, so if the place is busy, the employees may be delayed in getting your drop off clothes processed. I highly recommend Patio Laundry!

However on the old system I have 150 dollars on the old patio furniture card. I was told that there was nothing that can be done to give me my money back. To me that is a crime and should not be allowed. They also informed me that there was no one to contact to resolve. So if that is the case how many others have money floating. I'm almost 100 percent sure that patio was given that money back from the old POS company! It does not make any sense to me that they don't have records of who to reimburse. 470-808-4338- can someone from management or corp contact me so I don't have to go through the trouble of filing a lawsuit

You walk in and it's very clean and the owner was there when I was last there and he talked to me for a little bit too. Told me how everything works and offered to help me if I needed any assistance. Super good on the customer service tip. It has tons of washers and dryers, obviously. It has a little area that's kind of like a patio. You can sit out under a covered area and wait for clothes. It actually has a little children's place as well so the kids can sit down and play while you wait as well. They have chairs scattered around it so you can find some seating near your washer or dryer machine if you so decide to do that as well. You basically get a card that you put money on. Or you can pay on the app, that's also an option as well. The washer prices start at $4 and some change and go up from there. The dryer prices are about $2.50 or so for 30 minutes. And they're actually really big. So at the end of the day you can fit a lot in one without overstuffing. If you're in the area and have a need for it, this this spot would be pretty good. It's new and still very well kept.
