I called to let them know that trees around the pool were not done. And I was blamed for it not being done because I didn't see it when we did the walk through. The management went to telling me how much money 200.00 dollars it was going to cost him to get workers back out. I am still waiting for a call back to be scheduled for our job we paid for to be finished. Very disappointed with service I received. Below is the estimate of everything that was supposed to be done. Big fire hazard - lots of dead branches on the oaks. We chose San Antonio Tree Surgeons because they state tools are sanitized and oaks are painted where there are cuts to prevent oak wilt issues. I liked the pictures of their work. They made our trees look like living sculptures. The wind blews through the trees for the 1st time. Beautiful. We did not have to wait. Arborist Priscilla came out assessed, sent us a invoice and the workers were out next day. They worked fast and somehow cleaned up all those tiny branches. He was able to tackle the invasive 50 ft tall empress trees that were quite a nuisance. He trimmed up some trees in the front and took down some small dead trees.
