I love me some Juniors. This place is underrated and not talked about much and I feel it should be!…read moreThey have fun specialty drinks during holidays, like their frozen martini espresso. They also have fantastic brunches on Sunday, and they have balcony dining as well! Did you see that? Beautiful balcony dining! The drinks are reasonable too! I got a French75 for $11! They offer bottomless mimosas too. They have to die for brussel sprouts that I order EVERY SINGLE TIME I go, which has been about 3 times in the last 6 months. Whatever the sauce is, is addictive! I love their fried chicken sandwich and their pancakes are on steroids - super girthy. Parking is off street. I didn't see an elevator or anything to get up the stairs in case you have someone that can't walk up them. There is a bathroom upstairs and downstairs. I have had really great service every time I have gone, the servers are laid back and friendly people. I really love this restaurant.

The tuna bowl felt super fresh and light, though the portion is definitely small. The crowd was bright and open, nice vibe all around, and the bar impressed with a solid drink selection. I've been seeing this Resturant advertised on social media for some time now. So I've stopped in…read morefor brunch twice so far. I Was real excited because the menu looked real nice. The service was nice the first time but the second time we really didn't have a good one. We had a guy that was really nonchalant and didn't pay us any mind. I could go into more detail but no need to bash anyone. But when someone acts like that it makes the food mediocre. But the food was decent my favorite thing I ate was the French Toast it was sweet and moist easily a get it again. The Crab Rangoon dip was elite as well so creamy and full of flavor. The Harrison BLT was a big let down just felt they didn't put any effort into it was kind of just there. A BLT is a very simple dish but has to be made with love and care. The Winser Scramble had a lot of potential but it only had 3 shrimp in there it's hard to forgive that when that's the only protein it has in there. The hangover bowl was pretty nice, literally any dish makes you get over any hangover you have brisket in a dish it's always hearty. Now to the McOutpost, I love the idea of it. I felt if the biscuit was a bit firmer and more flaky it would've been nice. Overall this spot is a pretty cool spot to go catch a vibe and a bite.

We recently visited Pizza Domenica and overall had a good experience. The staff was friendly and…read moreefficient, especially with how busy everything seemed. We also really enjoyed seeing the pizza being tossed, which added to the fun atmosphere. We ordered three different pizzas for our table of three adults and three kids, along with two orders of garlic knots. The pizzas were enjoyable for both the adults and kids. I had the garlic white pizza, and we also got a pepperoni pizza for the kids and a meat pizza. I do miss when kids used to be able to make their own pizza or garlic knots, since that was always such a fun part of the experience. The first batch of garlic knots came out and were really good. The second batch took a while, and when they arrived, they did not seem fully cooked. The staff did take them back and cook them longer, but they still did not taste quite right. Also, the pizzas came out one at a time, spaced several minutes apart, which was a little inconvenient with a table that included three kids. That said, the overall experience was still positive. The kids ate their pizza, and we enjoyed ours too. With just a little more consistency in timing and food preparation, it would have been even better.

A pizza that is not only ridiculously small, but 50% crust. A salad that took no work whatsoever, mostly arugula thrown into a box , $16... I know the cost of food is higher than usual but these prices are ridiculous for what you're getting. At least put in some effort. It probably cost yall less than $3 to make this whole meal including labor. Be better.

If you come to New Orleans, this is one of those restaurants that you must visit. But, do not show…read moreup here unless you have a reservation. Reservations are a must! From the moment you walk into this restaurant you step into the old school. Not only in atmosphere, but in service. That's one of the great things about this restaurant. They have so much staff on hand, that takes care of you so relentlessly, that it is actually hard to believe. You will have several staff members catering to you throughout your entire meal. This cannot be emphasized enough as one of the main selling points of visiting this restaurant. As is the case with most customers, when they are seated, they enjoy a pre-dinner drink. This is the case with myself, as well. The one thing I will say about this restaurant is that if you want to order a bottle of wine, you will have to ask for the wine list. This is both a great boon and a detriment. This is due to the fact that this restaurant has one of the largest wine lists I have ever encountered in any country, anywhere on the planet. It is massive! It is page after page of wines that you can choose from from all over the world. For me, someone who has a very good knowledge of wine, many of the wines they offer I have never even heard of it. This is both a good and a bad thing. Good, because you can experience something new. Bad, because you do not know which wine bottle to choose from. Of course, their staff will attempt to provide their services in helping with your choice; whether asked for or not. But, I always find this style of service tends to be a little bit biased. Me, I always like to choose my own bottle of wine. Meaning, this may take you a little bit of time to accomplish. Beyond the wine, their menu is fairly limited. You basically have a few choices to choose from. All of which are good, depending on your pallet. The meals they prepare are all Louisiana-influenced dishes, so this is a great thing. You're entering into a very exclusive restaurant, that offers Cajun style dishes. It can be a great experience. Overall, the main thing to keep in mind, at this establishment, is that the staff will never leave you alone, even for a couple of minutes. They take care of you at a level that has been lost through time. It is really extensive! I cannot emphasize this enough. A fun note here: The last time my wife and I ate at this restaurant, we were unintentionally exited down through the kitchen. Personally, I thought this was some sort of mistake. But, one of the staff members happily said, "Say hi to the chef." The moment we entered the kitchen, the head chef greeted us with the biggest smile. Thus, not only is this a highly functional restaurant, it is truly supportive and friendly. Overall, if you're in New Orleans, this restaurant is a must experience. If not just for the staff that does their job with extraordinary excellence, but for the food, and the overall experience.

Definitely worth the experience!

A lot of people know about Creole Creamery nearby, but it's usually so crowded, so this place would be a great alternative with a few seats and tables outside! Places like this earn our trust and will be a place your kids will bring their kinds one day. A place that you can use as a landmark to give directions to locals and tourists alike. These businesses connect our families to one another because they are family. Gail's Fine Ice Cream is a bright, new ice cream shop that is sure to become a staple of the Lakeview area. The customer service is fantastic. They give great recommendations. Gail's top priority though is their ingredients. The freshness of the product is key. I had a Satsuma sorbet and a Blackberry with crumbled cornbread scoop. They use local harvest in their product. That is a nice touch. Gail's has a nice variety of flavors. They have nostalgic flavors from our childhood too like Little Monsters and milk and cookies. The offer signature drinks too. The Lavender Chai Iced Coffee was delicious. The design of the stand is comfy and inviting. The days down here are hot, so if you are looking for a local treat that can cool you down. Get to Lakeview near City Park and have yourself a Gail's.
