Even when dining in, my salad was served with a plastic fork, and on a previous visit I was given hot marinara sauce in a Styrofoam cup. For takeout, the sandwich came in a Styrofoam container. I would have preferred reusable dining ware for dine-in service and more environmentally friendly packaging for takeout. Overall, the food was solid, but the excessive use of disposable plastics and Styrofoam detracted from the experience. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.
