Our first session she explained to me all about chakras and energy and how everything around me can affect that, including food, people, and my thoughts. We delved deeper into the issues I had and she gave me a lot of recommendations. We then moved on to the Reiki part of the session. I went into it not knowing what to expect or what to believe and I left there feeling like a huge weight had been lifted from my shoulders. I felt balance.
