My experience with Tavia is one I will never regret. I had been going through a stressful time in my life dealing with severe anxiety and depression. I knew I needed to try something different. From the moment I walked into her space I felt a sense of peace. She took her time explaining the process and how she worked. I immediately felt at ease. From how ridiculously comfortable I was laying down to the smell of essential oils and beautiful music. It was perfect. After the energy healing portion of our session. She told me some things that she couldn't have possibly known. From childhood trauma to current issues.It was very emotional for me and I am not one to show emotion. This woman is the real deal! She gave me some solid advice. During our session she mentioned to me that I must pay attention to heart palpitations. I honestly didn't think anything of it because I do have anxiety and it was something I always dealt with. A couple of days later I started having palpitations and I thought about what she said and it stuck with me. At this point I was nervous. I took my blood pressure and the reading was 224/116! Long story short I ended up in the ER and was admitted to the hospital immediately because I was in the middle of a hypertensive crisis. It was there where it was discovered I have a super rare congenital heart defect I never knew about! I was shook to the core. Had I not seen Tavia I would've ignored the palpitations and who knows what would've happened! I will forever be grateful to her. Something led me to her and I believe it saved my life! I was referred to Tavia by my sister, she spoke very highly of her Reiki Chakra alignment and healing sessions. This Lady is special indeed and what a gift she has! May God bless you always! My husband had been complaining about aches and pains that intensified as the days went by, for years he complained, we tried everything, but nothing worked. I did a lot of praying and still nothing. I was then guided (spiritually) to look for a Reiki Master. Tavia was the Reiki Master that came up and I have to report that since he attended Tavia's session it's like I'm married to a TOTALLY different man! He would complain from the time he woke up to the time he went to sleep and even while he slept! After his first session there was an IMMEDIATE improvement...there was a SMILE! I don't think I've seen that man smile in years!!! Then he says to me one week after that, I forgot to mention that after going to see Tavia my pains and aches have drastically diminished.
