Upon arrival, I waited a few minutes for Claudia to prep the room in what she uses as a yoga studio on Thursday evenings, she explained. Then, I walked into a very small and shabby room. Claudia told me the different stages of the deep-tissue massage she performs which included contrast therapy. Claudia seemed to be very knowledgeable in mythology and she would describe my personal traits so that "I would be distracted from the pain." On that note, it was the most intense deep-tissue massage I've ever gotten. Unfortunately, I was not able to fully harmonize body, mind, and spirit on-site mainly because the bed was not comfortable for my height (6'4").
