Amazing experience here! First off, scheduling with Chaise N' Rays was super easy! Quick phone call and done. Secondly, the ferry was behind schedule causing us to be late to our appointment. We called, and no problem!!! He didn't sweat a thing about that. I was very impressed with the huge area we were able to roam on the jet skis! This is unlike other rentals I have tried before. We were able to get on the jet skis very quickly after we arrived with minimal paperwork and fuss. Great jet skis! Awesome time at Chaise N' Rays! We got in and did paperwork super fast and got on the jet skis within minutes of us arriving! I have rented Jet Skis in this area before and this place by far had the largest area to roam! Boat traffic was minimal. Plus, we got to swim with dolphins and had a blast watching several come up to our boats while stopped. Icing on the cake was getting to pay for a service run by a Coast Guard Veteran. This is our second year renting jet skis from Chaise N' Rays around Memorial Day. If you've never ridden a jet ski before, they do a great job explaining how to use it and where you can go. We take our 8 and 11 year old out on them and they love it! We also rented chaise lounges and umbrellas this year and had them set up on the main public beach near our condo. We should have done this on prior trips; it made the beach perfect. Looking forward to doing business again with Chaise N' Rays on our next Dauphin Island visit. read more

We rented 2 jet skis from Chaise N Rays and couldn't be happier. They were super helpful and laid back through the whole process. We were hanging out at the west end beach and paid, filled out waivers, got life jackets etc, all right there. Walked over and started riding right off the bayside beach. Then we went back to swimming and hanging out on the gulf side. Great equipment and very fun to ride. We would recommend them to anyone looking to rent skis!! read more

Just wonderful all around. The owner knows the island and was able to tell us where we could put our chairs and whether or not we could leave them in place overnight. There was another beach equipment rental place but Chaise N' Rays allowed us to reserve exactly what we wanted without having to purchase a package deal. They rented me a beach wheelchair, chairs and umbrella for my uncles birthday yesterday. They had everything delivered and set up when we arrived. First time renting jet skis. Rob and Chris made it super easy. Taught us what we needed to know and turned us loose. We had a blast roaming around the entire bay on their crazy fast wave runners. Excellent customer service! Rob went out of his way to make sure my father-in-law had a beach wheelchair for our daughters wedding on the beach. Best prices for equipment rental on the island with delivery included! I arranged a 4 hour jet-ski rental on what started out as a sunny day, weather tuned for the worst after about and hour and a half and the guy I rented from agreed to either refund or extend the rental once the sun came back out. All in all, solid! read more

Rob and Heather brought the jet skis right to us, since we have our own launch. The skis were in excellent condition (new!) and drove like a dream.
