We had a hard time finding the item we needed, so we headed to the cashier to ask for help. Turned out they only had one left in the whole store, and it just so happened to be at her register, so that was lucky. This store is huge and has sections based on practically every animal. Whether you need something for your dog, your kitty, your hamster, your rabbit or even your birds, you will find what you need. They also have birds that made a nest in the ceiling so that was a fun distraction for the kid, and also pretty typical of this brand of store. I swear they always have birds haha. Overall, I would highly recommend coming in to get your items and would recommend asking for help from the employees if you need it. Overall this is a top notch place in my honest opinion and would come back again and again.

New product comes in daily according to their Facebook and everything comes assembled, ready to take home. Located in the previous location of Joanne Fabrics location, Open Box Outlet has a large layout where they display an overwhelming number of items. My husband is already excited to come back to check out more items. While the customer service could use a touch of work (greeting customers or at least having someone ask if you need help finding something), I blame the fact they just opened for that and I'm sure they'll get the right number of employees to remedy that. We will definitely be back soon.

I personally love the cute silicone covers for bowls. They are usually decorated as flowers or fruit, suction very well to the bowls, and they come in various sizes. Yes, it does cut thru a watermelon really well. The staff is helpful but not pushy. They greet you with a smile and offer assistance. I love this type of furniture, so I enjoy looking around, but the prices are high. I found a couple of Mission Oak footstools I would have loved to have bought, but they were in the $400-500 range - for a simple footstool. Granted, not easy to find and in good shape, but that was more than I was willing to pay. Shop is located in St. Joseph, which is traditionally a wealthy area (Whirlpool Corporation is here, so be sure to notice the who-needs-a-house-that-big mansions along the lakeshore if you drive by). St. Joseph is a tourist and summer home area for people with money. The furniture here is desirable, beautiful, and hard to find. Those factors create high prices that others can and will pay. As for we middle class types, we continue to rummage out of the way antiques shops in hopes of a lucky find.
